The problem with sugar daddies is that there is ALWAYS a hotter, cuter, sexier and more hung boy just around every corner. Rent boys are totally disposable things.

And I cant tell you how many rent boys are doing their own thing while living in Daddy's house
I often thought to my self ..NEVER have any rent boys as its like lighting cash on fire

Sugar daddy means unequal income + unequal age. It's not really a rentboy.
Hetero relations worked like that for centuries. Man brought the money, and wife spent it.

One thing I've learned in life is that one size doesn't suit all, and that what works for some, doesn't for others. My philosophy is that as long as what you're doing isn't illegal and is not hurting others, who am I or others to judge you? Open communication though and honestly is the key in any relationship, from a basic friendship to best friends, to monogamous partners to open partners. I know plenty of people who have been and are in "successful" monogamous and poly relationships, both straight and gay. I truly believe that communication and total honesty is the key to make "it" work, whatever "it" may be.

"as long as what you're doing isn't illegal and is not hurting others"
I can agree with the not hurting others part to a point, but legality is a man made construct. If Clarence Thomas had his way gay sex would be illegal. I also do not care what the SC or the idiots who run Florida and Texas say, but I will never consider abortion immoral. As for hurting others, keep in mind that some parents may be hurt when they find out their child is gay. Sorry, but hurting people is part of life. If you break up with somebody and they still want to be with you, that is hurint them
As it applies to open relationships or ANY relationship I think being honest with all the parties involved is the key, If that hurts them, so be it.

From Personal experience, Open Relationships are a waste of time, and typically implies one or both parties in the relationship are afraid of filling their role in a relationship in a responsible manner.

Joseph, I just happen to come across your channel and subscribed today. I am a gay Mormon and my partner (Terry) was Mormon as well. We were together 46 years until last year, when Terry passed away from lung cancer June 2021. Both of our parents knew we were gay back in 1975, after we were caught having sex in his bedroom after school by his mother. So, that afternoon/evening when our fathers got home (Terry's parents and my parents lived across the street from each other too) we had out coming out of the closet in 1975 was here in Oklahoma which was even a rougher time to come out for any gay man much less a gay boys, but we were tough and our parents supporter both of us 100% and they could tell that we truly loved each other and nothing would change our minds either, not even the Book of Mormon. Just like our parents told us both; if everyone would read really the Holy Bible King James Version and the Book of Mormon and truly read both for how it is truly written and not read and interrupt the word for how they want to interrupt it for themselves, then everyone would get a much greater understanding of God's true words 100%. That is one of the biggest problems for many of years, over the past 55 to 60 years, the Holy Bible (KJV) has been rewritten by mankind and so many of God's words have been twisted around to benefit man's meaning for religion beliefs that people today are totally lost sheep at the edge of the cliff and no where to roam too either; which is a shame too, just so many lost sheep in this world. Thanks Joseph and if you want to chat or learn more about our relationship, just email me, I will be honored to share with you our history and here is my email addy: wheelbender2000@gmail.com
Many blessings Joseph; your new friend.... Les

@Mark Bronson Thank you Mark for your reply. Your story is even a sad one and one that is just as devastating as mine was and even brought tears to my eyes as I read it and my heart went out to you, my new friend, even if the event was several years ago, it is still a life event. By the way, my name is Les Doyle and I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. please do not think that I am trying to or looking for a new partner, this is not my intent. I am a 60 year old gay male Mormon that has had my love and just to be frank with you, I just enjoy making new friends that are in the gay community which are yonger than me and giving them hope and support of a great relationship. I am happy to read that Douglas was devoted to you, that is the main item for any relationship/partnership/marriage and being in a close relationship or a long distance relationship, either way, it can have it's difficult times. Now Mark, please do not take my comment in the wrong text, I am just being as opened minded and truthful as I can be to you right now. When you stated about Douglas. " His mother hated me saying I was corrupting her son." I was somewhat shocked and then I was not surprised either by her actions. I have seen many Mormon mothers act that way and 99% of the mothers acting out that way are the ones in my own opinion who needs to get closer to Jesus Christ and search their soul and cleanse their souls before they start condemning others, like she was lashing out at you the way she had done. I know you wasn't corrupting her son or he would have never driving from Provo to Los Angeles every weekend to stay with you and spend time with you. You never stated how long of a relationship Douglas and you had either, which is okay with me too, it is not really my business. I was just curious. But Mark, I would like very much to keep in contact with you as a friend, if you want too and I would like to share more of my story of Terry and I with you, if you want me too.
As you stated too, "only more recently did I discover that Douglas had died several years ago from HIV / AIDS. I just wish we had continued our friendship until the end of his life. One thing I will always regret." Your loss saddens me too and I truly feel for you having that regret too, my friend! Terry and I have lost many of friends over the years to HIV / AIDS and it's a devastating way to leave this world too. Terry and I were devoted and faithful to each other and never had an opened partnership/marriage.
      Here is my email addy:

Mark, my new friend forever, I do hope to hear from you by email or in here which ever you choose to do so. Sending my love and hugs in friendship to you! Les

You do realize that the majority of conservatives could care less that you are gay. They just despise the insane crap pushed by the " gay community ", a small part of the gay population that is the most intolerant group there is.
There are a lot of gay conservatives. We just tire of the screaming matches the " gay community" engages in. You don't win over people by acting insane but you be you.

@@sw651 Seriously...where are you obtaining those stats on conservatives?
When I saw someone speaking/marching against gay marriage they always identified with the right. The same goes for a woman's right to choose
As far as insane crap...you realize that " insane crap" has always followed situations that were injustices
really...why have the Boston tea party or The Civil War
Why did they have Civil Rights marches in the 1960's....do you think people had had enough of lynching, Jim Crow laws etc?
Meanwhile( and there are video's on youtube from the ear speaking to this) white people said they should wait and let things evolve, move slowly and that the black people should be patient and not be so radical
I am going to bet these gay conservatives you speak of are a 1% ( or less) element of the gay population
Clearly not everyone marches no matter where you stand
But a gay conservative is truly a unicorn in the mix of the gay community

@@turnne this is what I'm talking about. I didn't list stats. I just gave my opinion.
As far as your Civil Rights Act example, it only passed because the right stepped up and ended the democrat filibuster. Look it up.
You can't win arguments with insane comments about stuff you know nothing about.
Stop listening to the lies, pick up a book and read history. Very little that benefitted minority groups came from the left, only the bastardization of those policies that hurt minorities did. A perfect example is this current administration's policies.

That would be the Dixiecrats who are now Southern republicans
You need to pick up a book and learn your facts
That wasnt even my point though
So let me try to dumb it down for you
My point was that waiting and patience have never solved any large issues...those were some examples I used where people were very aggressive in their message for change
      Did you not get that?
I thought it was crystal clear
      You say that
VERY little benefited Minority groups came from the left??
      Really?!
So the Social Security( even in its rudimentary form)Act, the Civil Rights Act, the Voting rights act, and the Affordable care act didnt benefit minorities?
That is a very interesting, and unfounded stance

Austin will miss you. A lot of gay guys also live at the Amli over on 3rd right behind the clubs. I moved to Austin 9 years ago and the first night I followed my friends downtown to go to the clubs and I parked in that garage you were standing on. Back in those days my friend worked for the state and we would always park in the underground garage below that burgundy building that was behind you as it was a state building and he could park there for free. Austin has really grown over the years and has recently gotten really expensive but it is still cheaper than a lot of other places. I am looking forwards to your next chapter in life and as always wish you the best.

Believe it or not, life exists outside of one’s little phone, instagram, twitter, etc. I spent my early twenties working two part time jobs while attending college. The academic experience gave me direction and a purpose. I discovered what I wanted to do in life and NOT depend on others, including the government. Nothing is free no matter what the marketing says. It’s not necessary to achieve a degree if your direction dictates that. But the academic exposure is priceless. Social media is a distraction.
