How do we know the pin size?

The dowel pin in .5" in diameter and 175" in length. My service department is not 100% certain if this size is considered industry standard size for the dowel pin if you are considering placing this pin in another mixer brand or placing another brand's dowel pin into our mixer.

I am trying to identify the model number of my mixer, but couldn't find it anywhere. According to some youtube video I came across it could be the H600 or L800. However, even with that model number, there's no mentioning of the pin size.
