When I tell you I clicked so fast when I saw your video on my feed. You have the most engaging and entertaining review of the series I so much enjoy watching you. I watched episode 5 three times last night. I live in Arizona so it comes on Saturday at 9 pm here due to time difference I was so shocked to see Randall still breathing I honestly can understand Randall not listening to authority cause look how they was going thru his belongings as if it was ok. Donna was wrong for how she reacted to Randall when it came to his belongings and Dale at the end omg. So what I have been saying since first season is the same thing Henry said where is the motel cause there is a huge sign
@@MrKing-pf4lc maybe. But Victor said you don't know where you'll end up. When the boy in white told Sarah to get her and Boyd into one of those trees. Boyd went to the dungeon where Martin was, whereas She re-spawned back in the church basement. almost like her mission was done. I think they only work when you're called to them, when you have a purpose to use them. Dale wasn't called to one, he tried to use it to his advantage and lost.
@@rachelbetteridge9384 Thats a good point, I wanted to add that victor said the trees were moving, maybe that had something to do with where they end up at the time they enter the tree? Side note I saw a comment that said tabitha had victors dads address on the lunch box when she entered the tree to the lighthouse, could the numbers mean something?
@@karenn6065 i honestly think people are too hard on that cop. If you were a cop/or just a person with a gun, and you saw a monster literally killed two people would you not be shooting at it? And even to people point (that the bullets werent working) what else would you have done, you didn't know people were gonna let you in a house where a tailsman wouldnt let the monster in.
Another great video from Eman! I agree with everything you said. I think the removal of the “worthless slips of paper” from the bottles (Thanks, Jim😒) changed the destination of the Tower Bottle Tree. The missing motel mystery is important. And I think seeing Jasper in the tunnels was just another vision for Victor and Jade. The real dummy is probably in a suitcase in that basement at Colony House. I kept expecting Julie and Elgin to open one of the trunks and run across Jasper. Just my take.
When Victor said " I didn't know how to get back home" 😢😢 Wow that hit hard. All Ellis does is paint. I can't. I immediately went to your channell to see your breakdown, after my Henry and Victor breakdown. I have been wondering where the motel went.
When Ethan came out of the house to talk to Victors dad he looked like a young Clark Kent with that flannel on😂 and I love when Boyd is pissed off Boyd! Talked bad to the son and the officer😂 man but dale being in that pool! Man I laughed so damn hard initially, but I thought the same thing about Fatima! How you gone come for Tabitha talkin all that jazz and she don't wanna tell nobody she's a garbage compactor! And Ellis?? Smh he really said somebody need to do something instead of sitting around? But when Boyd wanted to trap one of the monsters he was like nope!
The scene when they are in basement trying on clothes. At first when Elgin said vintage I thought he was gonna say “ civil war vintage” or something from the the Soldiers that keep popping up. Also I bet those pictures of Julie and Elgin are going to have something in the background when they look at them again. Maybe the kimono lady got Elgin and what ever is haunting Julie 💭
I totally agree with you about not having community meetings, and when they have one they wah wah complain and waste it. Acosta is a pain. Boyd had a point about her handcuffing Tabitha there and just leaving her there. But I think you're right that it was all planned for Tabitha and Henry to show up in the town. I don't think Acosta should go in the box, because she didn't know enough to even know what was going on.
and no Acosta does not deserve to go in the box. I think he is being so unfair to her - like you said projecting and unloading his own guilt on her. She didn't even know there was people in the house.
I feel he showed why he is really angry during his convo with her, not about shooting Niki it was because she ran off and abandoned the people in the ambulance, including one she had locked up. As a direct result of this, Boyd had to make the choice to sacrifice Randall
Nah she needed the reprimand. The impact it makes ensures she doesn't make the same mistake again. A similar scenario in the real world would likely cost her career, litigation, possibly jail. I do agree she doesn't deserve the box given the extraordinary circumstances.
Finally Henry said what I’ve been wondering, where is the motel? I’ve been saying this to myself since the beginning! And the pool scene 😳 Damn! Didn’t see that coming!
I think the whole motel thing is related to the population theory. Only a certain amount of people are allowed in fromville, like a motel with vacancies. With the colony house massacre losing so many ppl at the end of szn 1, then the bus load of people show up to make up for the “vacancies”
Or it's a fundamental mistake made by the town's creators. Or they have yet to discover what's left of the motel. Either way, you gotta wonder why Vic's dad was the only one to notice it.

Awe Victor my sweet lil boy! They better not fxcking kill Henry or I'm gonna be pissed! The white figure looked like the bride monster I feel bad for Randal his always dam helping people😢
Maybe victors drawing of the person in white surrounded by all in black maybe that is his mother because she was such a good lady like he explained before. And being that she died he drew her all in white because she’s good and those thing all black because they are evil. Maybe he saw his mother in his dreams as a savior or angel
The BBW girl who gets to the diner meeting last is starting to creep me out. She is never used as a plot device but she is always conveniently around. She enters the diner last, never heard what Tabitha said but she was causing the most dissention. And why was she coming out of colony house so late? She passed Julie on her way out. Don't trust her at all. She just been around for no reason since that glass broke in her eye?
I screamed at my TV "B***YOU JUST GOT THERE YOU DONT EVEN KNOW STFU" like Tilly eye patch girl has always just pop up whenever they want her too it seems like it means nothing but she's reoccurring so she has to have a certain role
Who else thought when Dale went thru the far away tree that he was gonna land in some spectacular way in the pool. Like fall out the sky and get impaled on something or land on top of one of those cars and just be all broke up, wasn't expecting the wall thing
Great episode. Great review. Victor and Henry reuniting was a tear-jerker. Victor keeps throwing shade at Sarah. I want to see that Polaroids from Elgin and Julie. The townsfolk are stupid to think that if they made it out that people in the real world would believe them and not put them in a psych ward. And Dale fucked around and found out with the bottle tree.
I don't know why but this was one or my favorite episodes. It's the closest anyone's gotten to some answers only to find out what happened to Dale. Geese such a good episode. I still feel for Randal so bad. I really liked to see Jades development too. What a good episode.
I think the only reason they let Tabitha go was to get Henry. As soon as she found him that place wasted no time dragging her back. Boyd giving people hope like “someone got out” forgot to add “but this place will drag you back again…like a cat playing with a mouse, taunting it, before devouring it”.
@@Gatsbyswidow so I'm not the only one thinking they would've gotten "lost" on their way to the park to see the bottle tree? Cuz he said it was in a park a few towns over so they would've been driving a little ways they could've gotten there either way but they needed the ambulance for Fatima to give birth
I appreciate your videos so much!! You crack me up and they are so thorough. Not super sad to see Dale go.. i also wish they had gotten more out of the town meeting. They need to all talk this out!
Love, love, loved this episode, so glad they finally had the meeting even though it didn't go anywhere... I think Acosta idea to keep the town engaged is great, the project could be people finding clues on how to successfully enter the faraway tree and getting to the lighthouse, so maybe analyzing the numbers, maybe someone is good with coordinates, or understands patterns, just like the bus driver was able to use nursey rhymes to help during that episode. Also, I have always loved the guy who played Victor and seeing him talk about that scenes, was just great, he Scot and Victor are the same PEOPLE! Jade really grew on people honestly, from the rich spoilt brat to someone logical, I love his character build up. Shout out to E-man for this breakdown, also love that you get to speak with the cast! Looking forward to the next episode!
I agree that all of those people you named should be in a room together. I hate how they never discuss their visions, dreams, or encounters with each other.
Sorry that Dale scene had me rolling from the time he was talking shit to the time he appeard in the pool😅 I also got a few chuckles out of Victor and Boyd going in on Ellis. Scott is an amazing actor and yes he is up there with Harold. I like the Victor and Sara team-up, The towns ppl need a WIN!!! I'm tired of the entity having its/their way. Some of the comments in the live were hilarious, this episode was a solid 8 for me.
That rhyme they kept hearing was, "They touch, they break, they steal. No one here is safe. Here they come. They come for 3." The curse from Martin's blood ended up being released in the Township, appearing as cicadas. They touched Kenny's arm, leaving a burn mark. They broke Paula's body while she, too, was dreaming of cicadas. They stole a part of Randall, Marielle, and Julie, leaving them comatose. Immediately being alerted not to go to sleep, the people in the Township realized that "no one here is safe," day or night, inside or outside, talisman or not. Remember the circumstances of Randall being taken that day? He, Boyd, and Donna were in the forest at night, and the night creatures were approaching them but stopped dead in their tracks as soon as the music box began playing. They wouldn't come near for whatever reason, while something seemed to be beneath the RV besides the ground. Randall ran out into the forest away from the RV, began seeing cicadas, then fell to the ground as they swarmed around him. The next morning, Randall had not been touched by the night creatures. He lay there all night comatose, but untouched by the night creatures. Boyd destroyed music box later, but one of several incidences that the curse is still in the Township is that Randall saw cicadas again as the night creatures surrounded him. And despite injuring him, they night creatures, once again, for at least the 3rd time, avoided the turf of the other, evidently more powerful, entity. And when Boyd was asked why he thinks the creatures didn't kill Randall, he essentially repeats the part of the rhyme that says, "No one here is safe." But I'm pretty sure that Randall's injury was the night creatures' way of reminding the Township that besides the murderous creatures at night, there's also a daytime threat from a different entity.
I also really think the photos that Elgin and Julie took in the basement of colony house are gonna reveal the kimono lady and the entity that Julie can hear screaming, behind them in the photos 😭
In dungeons and dragons when you teleport you roll a percentage die. Depending on what you roll you can land where you intend, in the vicinity of where you intend, somewhere random OR a very popular unlikely scenario if you roll bad within a wall. It’s a known mishap to teleport into a wall. Crazy to see it actually done on a tv show.
I'm still back at Episode 3 so I'm not gonna watch this right now but....there better be a really good clue, like your thumbnail said, when I get here or else...heads will roll!
My theory is that the boy in white is the big bad presenting as a helpful child that had victor collect peoples possessions as part of a ritual maybe that helped create the monsters, sent Boyd to bring the sacadas curse back to town and sent Tabitha to get victors dad coz I think Tabitha is actually Eloise, I think victors mum died protecting her by letting her go through the tree, to the tower and back into the real world that’s why her body was right by the bottle tree and I think Eloise got out but had no memory the way victor also lost memory of stuff and that’s why her bracelet also was in Henry’s car maybe it was something she liked to make as a kid. I think victors family is important to fromville in some way.
@@EmansReviewsYou're very welcome! Between your videos and The Movie Blog's, I run to watch after every episode! I even listen at work! 😅 Thank you for your content! I bought a shirt too... I'll post wearing it when I get it! I love the Fromily!!
To say Tabitha was wrong on her decision is crazy( my humble opinion). She was smart to be how she was when she escaped (if she truly escaped/could have been a master plan at work). She was about to get answer without losing the chance to do anything. They was already sus on her in the hospital. That and some crazy story to that and boom she in some crazy home. Bravo Tabitha for not thinking in the moment but thinking clearly even in fear!!!!!
I think that proves in a way that only chosen people (people with links to the place or just people who can see the boy in white) are the ones that can safely travel. Victor has been here for decades and he only goes into the trees the boy in white tells him are safe. When Boyd and Sara go in the boy was telling Sara not Boyd, Sara ends up in the basement of the church safe in town and Boyd ends up in the chimney in the dungeon with Martin.
Great episode and great review! I thought it was interesting to see Julie’s flashback about her first night in the town with Fatima when she was going to collect the weed, “If you climb high enough, even a nightmare can look like a dream”
Tabitha got out. Meaning no one is safe even if they escape. It also means it isn't random. They didn't trip a fairy trap or go through a portal accidently. They were chosen.
My thoughts are: Numbers are very significant in this show. For example: the number 12 (Devilied Egg Plate from Mrs. Liu’s funeral, Jim’s response to Tabitha, when Jim was trying to solve an equation was, the answer is twelve. 12 represents time, order and governance. All these themes are clearly portrayed in this show. (12 months in a year, 12 hours in day and night, 12 Zodiac signs, 12 disciples of Jesus). The number 78 is also significant in From! 1978 (the year Victor survived the massacre in the town), there are 78 Tarot cards in a deck (Tilly offers read the Tarot for Fatima) and ALL of the main characters we have been introduced to in this show, mirror Tarot archetypes. (Questions for discussion - Re: Bottle trees) Could the four digits be like an old school locker combination? 🤔 Meaning the combinations, unlock different destinations? 🤔 Could they be coordinates like those of a map? 🤔 Could they be addresses to specific houses/places? 🤔
"Be More Like Jade" works. IF things in the town actually follow a logical and scientific path. Except they don't. Jade is a passionate and materialistic empiricist. Boyd is deeply feeling and emotively touchy. Donna is the mother who secretly cries in the hallway. These are people trying to make sense and survivability out of a situation that defies convention. Hence, the falling, failing horror that is loss of control. Lives slip away. And guess what? It results in a strong emotional outpouring. This freaking episode made us cry with the reunion scene, then horrified us with the ending. That's exactly what the writers and the town want: off balance, sustained emotion...particularly fear. Nothing creates a feeling of desperation and futility than the dying of hope.
Back in the 40s it was said that the military was doing time travel and cloaking experiments. The ship the USS Eldridge was reportedly seen with an eerie blue green mist around it, and disappeared. Some say it was reportedly seen in 1983, appearing, and disappearibg again. When it returned to 1943, something went wrong. Some of the men fused with the metal of the ship. At some point the ship was quickly scraped and ended up in a salvage ship yard in Russia. Black book missing. This was called the Philadelphia Experiment. And, I honestly believe it, even though the US Military denied it calling it a Conspiracy. The Xfikes did an episode where Skully traveled back in time to the 40s. There was an corresponding game put out by PlayStation where she is examining a ship where the men were fused with the hull. Dale fused in the pool reminded me of the Eldridge. When this episode pointed to the fact there was no hotel, and then the camera panned to the sign again, I wondered if it was the shows way to elude to missing Motel as a travel experiment? Which Ive wondered before if From is about another military experiment. Im probably way off. However Dale fused in the concrete of the Motels pool is terrifying. And he possibly time traveled through the tree.
“Ellis is so pointless” 🤣🤣 it’s so true though !! Jim is also pissing me off… COULD HE BE THE MOLE??? Maybe they offered him a deal if he works as the mole…
The voices that told Sara to kill Ethan and Toby were different than the one that talked her in the woods with Boyd. She specifically told this to Boyd, moreover she added that this one was a female voice (it resulted the dungeon enityt talking her possing as Abby).
When Boyd and Kenny were talking about the cabins, Kenny mentioned that there was something outside. Boyd responded, ‘We’ve got bigger things to worry about,’ which I think is a hint from the writers that whatever is out by the cabins is probably something BIG!Maybe even that spider from your theory.
The motel was likely behind the pool because all there is behind the pool now is an overgrown patch of grass. There's also a sign missing above the motel sign so there was something else there too, very likely a store or perhaps another amenity.
What did you think about tonight's episode? What do you think will happen next? 👀

Side note I saw a comment that said tabitha had victors dads address on the lunch box when she entered the tree to the lighthouse, could the numbers mean something?
No, Officer Acosta does not deserve to go in the box. Boyd is totally out of line with her.
Agree she don’t deserve to go in the box. But Boyd was right on she shouldn’t have been at that meeting .
Yea he is it was a honest mistake that's y u get tf out the window when mfs is shooting nosey self
agree
@@karenn6065 i honestly think people are too hard on that cop. If you were a cop/or just a person with a gun, and you saw a monster literally killed two people would you not be shooting at it? And even to people point (that the bullets werent working) what else would you have done, you didn't know people were gonna let you in a house where a tailsman wouldnt let the monster in.
@@karenn6065why not? Henry’s at it, she deserves answers too despite being a total f’up.
I cried when Victor kept saying "I didn't know how to get home!" 😢
Another great video from Eman! I agree with everything you said. I think the removal of the “worthless slips of paper” from the bottles (Thanks, Jim😒) changed the destination of the Tower Bottle Tree. The missing motel mystery is important. And I think seeing Jasper in the tunnels was just another vision for Victor and Jade. The real dummy is probably in a suitcase in that basement at Colony House. I kept expecting Julie and Elgin to open one of the trunks and run across Jasper. Just my take.
Give Scott Mccord an Emmy immediately!!!!
You had me hollering about Ellis's face! 😂😂😂
We all got what we wanted in seeing a town meeting then a realization why there’s no point in a town meeting all in one scene 😂😂
The boy in white being the one to lead you to the correct far a way tree .
Yea I was thinking the same thing cuz the faraway tree needs the boy in white to engage with it to give it directions to the lighthouse
yep I think that's the secret
When Victor said " I didn't know how to get back home" 😢😢 Wow that hit hard.
All Ellis does is paint. I can't. I immediately went to your channell to see your breakdown, after my Henry and Victor breakdown. I have been wondering where the motel went.
This one of my favorite series out now!!!
@@maddogmadison2188 It's the only one I'm watching. Any recommendations?
The "not you Ellis" had me cracking up
Amazing episode 🎉😢 I cried when victor was meeting his dad ❤ my boy victor been hurting 😢
& the ending was rough 😮
The scene when they are in basement trying on clothes. At first when Elgin said vintage I thought he was gonna say “ civil war vintage” or something from the the Soldiers that keep popping up. Also I bet those pictures of Julie and Elgin are going to have something in the background when they look at them again. Maybe the kimono lady got Elgin and what ever is haunting Julie 💭
I honestly thought we'd see kimono lady in the background of Elgin's picture
@@Kehri_Behri i could have sworn i saw something red in the background!!
I was hoping that Julie and Elgin found the kimono dress in one of the clothes truck
I totally thought that too! Maybe next episode?
Same or that the Kimono lady would show up behind him in the Picture
I want to see what’s on the polaroid. I was hoping they would do some cliché horror shit and have something pop up hahaha.
I thought they were going to find the ventriloquist dummy
Fatima wear the kimono dress in last season.
I just binged this entire series…10 out of 10 !! I have been missing out . Also this show reminds me of what Wayward Pines wish it could have been.
Facts that show never made it after 2 seasons right
Finally Henry said what I’ve been wondering, where is the motel? I’ve been saying this to myself since the beginning!
And the pool scene 😳 Damn! Didn’t see that coming!
Knowing the town wants everyone to be afraid, I wonder if FROM stands for Fear Realm Of Monsters. Just a thought…
WHAT maybe GREAT THEORY😮😮🙃
I think the whole motel thing is related to the population theory. Only a certain amount of people are allowed in fromville, like a motel with vacancies. With the colony house massacre losing so many ppl at the end of szn 1, then the bus load of people show up to make up for the “vacancies”
It’s like the whole place is the motel
The motel would have bibles
Good thought, I didn’t not think of that.
Or it's a fundamental mistake made by the town's creators. Or they have yet to discover what's left of the motel. Either way, you gotta wonder why Vic's dad was the only one to notice it.

The priest had a Bible too. It must be still there.
Awe Victor my sweet lil boy! They better not fxcking kill Henry or I'm gonna be pissed!
The white figure looked like the bride monster
I feel bad for Randal his always dam helping people😢
I really enjoy your episode breakdowns. You make me laugh so hard! No one does it like you! So glad I found your channel.
Julie and Elgin smoking that gasss, Victor and his dad linking back up was great & dale got what he deserve he been acting like a skunt all 3 seasons
Like a skunt😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 haven't heard this in a while.
Bro. I really enjoy your content about from 🙌🙌
Thank you!!!
I think she is the mole...and Tilly is good
Who else thought when Dale went thru the far away tree that he was gonna land in some spectacular way in the pool. Like fall out the sky and get impaled on something or land on top of one of those cars and just be all broke up, wasn't expecting the wall thing
I’m done with Fatima. Can’t wait til Ellis has to kill her and he finally understands why Boyd did what he did.
seriously Scott as Victor is a great actor, I believe every single emotion and facial expression he makes.
Heavy on the “put all the weird people in one room”
32:58 that was a great seeing between Henry and Victor❤
I think the only reason they let Tabitha go was to get Henry. As soon as she found him that place wasted no time dragging her back. Boyd giving people hope like “someone got out” forgot to add “but this place will drag you back again…like a cat playing with a mouse, taunting it, before devouring it”.
@@Gatsbyswidow so I'm not the only one thinking they would've gotten "lost" on their way to the park to see the bottle tree? Cuz he said it was in a park a few towns over so they would've been driving a little ways they could've gotten there either way but they needed the ambulance for Fatima to give birth
When you were listing all the people that needed to be in a room , Not you Ellis, killed me😂.
I appreciate your videos so much!! You crack me up and they are so thorough. Not super sad to see Dale go.. i also wish they had gotten more out of the town meeting. They need to all talk this out!
Dang E-Man droppin that knowledge
I cried during this scene as well. I feel so bad for Victor but happy that his dad's with him now 31:20
Love, love, loved this episode, so glad they finally had the meeting even though it didn't go anywhere...
Agreed.
Victor's father was thinking about the pool. Dale moves into the pool. People's thoughts influence future events in From.
I really like Victor and his dad reunion. Victor is a really good actor and shows typical signs of PTSS and abandon issues. Not really abusive issues
I agree that all of those people you named should be in a room together. I hate how they never discuss their visions, dreams, or encounters with each other.
When Elgin looks at the photo later of Julie it’s going to show somthing since they don’t show us but they showed us the picture she took
This is my favorite new page stoked you’re covering the commencement of James Gunn’s DCU as well
Sorry that Dale scene had me rolling from the time he was talking shit to the time he appeard in the pool😅 I also got a few chuckles out of Victor and Boyd going in on Ellis.
I didn't know how to get home....bro. That is the defining moment of the series so far. I was already invested in the show but that moment bro....
He paints. Ellis paints. Ellis has that unearned entitled complex. Happy that Boyd put him in his place this ep.
Exactly this! My husband and I were JUST talking about teleportation spells (were big D&D nerds😉).
Thanks!
Thank you so much! 🙏🏿
@@EmansReviewsYou're very welcome! Between your videos and The Movie Blog's, I run to watch after every episode! I even listen at work! 😅
Thank you for your content!
People who think telling someone in that moment was smart are those who want others to suffer even more...get it
I think that proves in a way that only chosen people (people with links to the place or just people who can see the boy in white) are the ones that can safely travel. Victor has been here for decades and he only goes into the trees the boy in white tells him are safe. When Boyd and Sara go in the boy was telling Sara not Boyd, Sara ends up in the basement of the church safe in town and Boyd ends up in the chimney in the dungeon with Martin.
@@LoRosa0224 yeah kinda obvious but yeah I'm with you
Great episode and great review!
Not the town hall meeting we were hoping for but at least we got it 😂😂😂
Great episode even without the monsters. I also think the Polaroid ( photo taken at some point )and motel sign are clues.
Fantastic share ! Great interview at the end! The boyde* actors fantastic! And Victor actirkilled that scene with his dad! Hes good too!
Ha! When Donna told Victor that Nicky died his response was like “oh”😂😂😂
31:10 me and my wife watch it together. At that moment she was like "yup that did it" and cried 😂
31:13 I haven’t cried from a tv show moment in so long, it broke me down man!😭😭 if this show and him, don’t get any nominations from that, I will riot
The voices that told Sara to kill Ethan and Toby were different than the one that talked her in the woods with Boyd. She specifically told this to Boyd, moreover she added that this one was a female voice (it resulted the dungeon enityt talking her possing as Abby).
Lmfaoooo went crazy on Ellis
Randell was carving a face out of wood similar to the totums they found by the cabins.
Lol bro.. love your energy and anger 😂
Boyd : " Alright...who's next? WHO TF IS NEXT???"🗣
The motel was likely behind the pool because all there is behind the pool now is an overgrown patch of grass. There's also a sign missing above the motel sign so there was something else there too, very likely a store or perhaps another amenity.
The missing part of the sign was the name of the motel "Star Magic". It shows when child victor first meets the BIW
Not a lil milk in his coffeee😂😂😂😂😂 im liking this eljin Julie relationship
