- Herman Fuecthmann, President of Charles Thompson Memorial Hall, gives Joel a great tour and learn how we can preserve one of the oldest Deaf Clubs in the world. Dr. Olof Hanson, a well-known first Deaf architect, was hired by Charles's widow, Margaret, in 1915. Thompson Hall is proudly owned by the Deaf community and managed by dedicated Deaf volunteers. Check it out and see how you can support the future Deaf generations at the Charles Thompson Memorial Hall, a national historic landmark.

They should get rid of that pool table... use that 50K to go towards the building renovation and... not only that.. provide additional space for DHH to social as the pool table seems to be in the way... but if they used it OFTEN then just leave it be. The building is beautiful, great job!
