They have a cleansing effect on the mind. Sometimes they calm down tinnitus.
Remember to adjust the volume appropriatley when listening to the recording.
I wish you pleasant experiences while waching and listening. I go outdoors when I have the opportunity, I often record places and sounds that seem interesting. Each such place makes different sounds and presents a different view. Being away from these places I can watch and listen again to what relaxes me at a given moment.
