It came from someone who can't cook. Coming from Grenada🇬🇩🇬🇩 being in a family that runs a restaurant and travelled the Caribbean. I know for sure none of the Caribbean Islands good cooks made that travesty. All the Islands make very tasty, fluffy authentic rice and peas/rice and kidney bean/rice and red beans.
