john has said that josh is a musical genius and that he thinks he still will make some of the best music this world has ever seen. i think john already has done that and that part of his music isn't widespread. I think john AND josh are amazing and fit perfect together, more from them please! ataxia project was just freaking unbelievable.
Josh Klinghoffer is a man of few words. He is a wonderful musician and I like his style. Obviously he enjoys sitting on the floor while playing guitar just as John Frusciante.
Josh played guitar and percussion with The Butthole Surfers on Weird Revolution tour, but not the album. He added a great second guitar to Paul Leary's brilliant playing, and wham/boom percussion on a stand up snare/tom set up, wow Josh is an amazing musician, and a nice humble intelligent guy. Love this video and Bicycle Thief. So under appreciated, as are BHS. in my humble opinion.

Josh has pretty much been handpicked by John as his replacement. John brought Josh into the Peppers family for the Stadium Arcadium tour so in a way John was his mentor. Josh has HUGE shoes to fill but it's pretty unfair to bash the guy. Josh is friends with the band, toured with them, knows the songs so he is the best suited to replace John. Most of us have expected this for almost a year now. Sucks John has left again but if his heart is not into it you can't force him to be in the band.
josh klinghoffer will fit perfectly on the peppers i guess. He plays the same style john does and it won't be the same as well john is john but it won't be as big a diference as navarro. with that guy flea really had to step up. with this one i don't think so.
