That nighttime flying is amazing. That's got to be the best nighttime footage I've ever seen in terms of contrast, light sensitivity and detail out of a low cost drone. Like you said, it looks like daytime, not nighttime. Unbelievable!
@@lectorserelith reaction speed doesn't matter that much. You're talking 50ms more time to react 15 vs 60+... that's quite negligib le when flying FPB unless you're doing top 1% racing or w/e. Most of the difficulty is in understanding physics and making the right "impulsive" inputs on the sticks to maintain control... which mostly comes down to "time behind the sticks". Get 20 hours in a sim and you will not be blaming your reaction speed as the reason to not fly.
I get scared when you fly through those tight spaces! Why? I don't know! But it's definitely fun. I love watching people doing FPV, but I cannot imagine doing it myself. The law in the UK requires that one fly FPV using goggles with a lookout to warn one of danger, and I always fly alone (wife is not interested in watching me fly my drone, usually). Also, buying goggles and a separate controller costs $$$$. Or, rather ££££! But I love watching you showing these cool drones off!
@@cyberherbalist Similar situation in Oz (although prices are often lower). Here you can also fly legally at authorised model flying club airfields if they will let you, though I suspect you’d be in a queue with limited flight time and there’d be a few purists who’d make it more like a visit to the dentist than fun! Oh, and we can also fly FPV legally indoors providing there is no way for the bird to escape from the building. Believe me, I’m not making this up!

Capable little FPV drone! Always when I'm strapped on $$ lol. One day I will get into the FPV hobby but not today. The video is really decent quality from the drone. It was more realistic than the Insta360 Go 2, the colors that is and the low light ability is amazing! Great review Steve, thank you so much!
Thanks Steve! Great feedback as always. I do appreciate your videos. I am considering a digital set up and currently flying on the Mobula8 with radiomaster pocket and the skyzone cobra. I love it! But I crashed and lost telemetry with repairs beyond my own or my friends’ capabilities. So now I wait. Luckily I still have the tinyhawk3 (thanks for the review!) so I can fly in the meantime. That being said, I love the GoFilm20 for the enhanced frame and of course the footage looks great. How is the range? Thanks, Indoor Steve!
That was the FPV Cam footage from low light (early evening after sundown). Are you talking complete darkness? Cameras can't function in complete darkness, they always need the same amount of light that a car requires to drive at night.
Always enjoy your commentary steve ty would love it but its like 400 then another 599 for googless plus my vision is terrible so Nother 164 for my script in it gets up there whew
Because GYROFLOW is a simple software that corrects all FOV issues as well as Stability. Try it, it is free. You just have to have footage that contains all the necessary info for GYROFLOW to work. You can't shoot video with a non-supported camera and stick it in GYROFLOW as there will be no info for the software to do the FIX.
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 That's weird. It seems you're right. I wonder why I only see that pulsing on drone videos. Not just yours but any video taken by a drone. My PC did a Windows update and it's fine now. Strange.

Heard it is a software problem (can't update because it says SD card is not there when it is) or a hardware problem something with a fan??? Is there a fix (or can I get it fixed) or is now a $1000 paper weight. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. God Bless:)
Hi Steve. Drones are getting smaller whilst the camera stays at heigh standard, more like a flying camera. 👍 drones get smaller as does the flight time of the battery, let’s hope this can be a thing of the past.
Batteries on FPV drones are always on the TOP or BOTTOM of the FPV Drone. You may be confusing an FPV Drone with a Beginner GPS Camera drone like those from DJI, AUTEL, FIMI, HUBSAN, etc
Distance is based on the BATTERY you use (obviously as you need power to fly out and back). The Walksnail camera system will give you the range to match your battery.
Is angle and acro mode already programmed in? Just pair to any ELRS transmitter and it's ready to fly? I'm a noob familiar with ready to fly tiny whoops. I am not proficient with Betafly and I cannot fly in acro mode at all. 🤣

Amazing little drone. Love the image out of the goggles and your description of how well it is tuned makes for a fun drone. 👍👍😀

You don't have to be a kid. I'm 68 and fly them it's still a thrill.

Another good review Steve
Thanks 👍
wow Captain. awsome footage
Good evening really nice drone cool review I like the set up
Thanks 👍
Wow it looks a little like the Pavo Pico one.😊 KEEP IT UP🫡💪💪
Many thanks for sharing Captain; main takeaway for me was the Gyroflow software ! brilliant !
Yes GYROFLOW certainly makes normal footage look so much better.

Range is more than you’d use based on the flight time with recommended battery.
Looks pretty powerful for its size :-)
Would’ve liked to see the FPV cam footage from lower light

Hi Steve, so will this work with fat shark dominator googles and tx16s with crossfire?
Nope… unless you are talking about FATSHARK WALKSNAIL FPV Goggles. It only comes with an ELRS receiver (no crossfire)
what do you or ?? think about Fat shark Echo..
Amazon $109????
Wish Australian regs were not so weighted against FPV. Otherwise I’d buy one, based on your recommendations.
What is the controller I can use as a beginner for fpv drone?,Thank you
Check out companies like RADIO MASTER and JUMPER

Yes, the new FATSHARK RECON are WALKSNAIL DIGITAL so they would work

Nice little quad but a shame the price is so high. I bet the flight time like all these type of quads is very short too.
Imagine an FPV drone with a three axis gimbal only
That would not be good. As a pilot you’d crash as the gimbal would not represent what the drone is doing.
Maybe they will mak something good
