I haven't flown fpv drone earlier, i'm thinking about this drone, if I practise on simulator for quite a long time I will be able to handle this kind of quad or not, do you think the same as the captain drone?
@@zino_08 I am confident that after sim practice you will be good enough. And if you don't trust your throttle control you can set a hard limit to it in Betaflight. This was my first drone and it's a great purchase for any pilot.

youre a lot like me, except i dont have half as many of your drone skills. i did photography since age 12, even (B&W) darkroom at that age... im 50 soon... i almost gave up on photography except for iphone snapsh!ts, bc it seems people dont appreciate pro photography as much, not with everyone having smart phones... so i lost inspiration. but drones caused me to get that inspiration-spark in my chest again. I see you know some freestyle tricks which is awesome but your style is more like a cine style, which is probably like mine. the one freestyle thing i do love though, is tall building dives. apart from that i am happy to zoom around and document sites in a way that looks as pretty and pro as possible. btw your intro to avata 2 was excellent, i watched it 2 times already but i get the fly more avata 2 pack in about 2 weeks. cant wait! liked and subscribed.

I'm looking for a step up from the Avata. I originally got into FPV for the cinematic aspect of it, but have been getting into freestyle as well. Would you say that the dead cat frame is a good next step where I can still use it for more cinematic type flying, but also push the freestyle aspects a little farther than the avata? Do you have any other recommendations? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I can't wait until the G3 is unlocked for use with 03 units. I'm hoping I can save some money by using 1 or 2 air units and just move them between my drones. Do you think an approach like this is practical? Installing an 03 unit doesn't seem hard, and a few minutes of work to swap drones doesn't seem bad for the money it saves.

I have a couple of questions: I bought a second hand digital iFlight Bumblebee v2 with crossfire and came across the followings issues: -How do I start/stop recording the onboard O3 system with my TBS remote controller? -In Betaflight I have configured the 3 flight modes. They seem too switch correctly, however I am on the field it seems that only the acro mode is active. What do I do wrong?
Answers: -DJI starts/stops recording by pressing button on the goggles, not the transmitter. -You set your flight modes incorrectly in Betaflight Configurator and possibly also in your radio. I have tons of vids on how to do it correctly (I show it each time I review a new radio and make a setup video)

@@JeRiMarAV Most FPV pilots simply set up in the DJI Goggles to START recording once the motors are ARMED and to stop recording when motors are DISARMED.
Price went up by $20 on their website. Was wondering your thoughts on the ELRS antenna thru the frame like that. You think that would affect long range signal much? Also wondering the Betalflight version, 4.3 or 4.5? I was thinking for GPS return the 4.5 is probably better for GPS but don't want to flash FW that's not ready for it. I bought the 200 dollar version, and I'm ysing eachine 200d goggles with pagoda antennas. Is it normal to get around 400meter range on stock settings? Or is something wrong
@@sonnysonny4048 1600mw for an ANALOG output is more than average, so it would get hot. Most ANALOG VTX units are 400mw MAXIMUM. A good quality one is 1 Watt (1000 mw). I have not seen 1600 mw. If you have such a VTX then it would be made out of good quality material so that it is fine to run at 1600 mw.

Gods this thing is sweet. It's been a while since I bought any drones though, my controller doesn't support this, my charger only goes up to 4s, I'd have to buy all new gear (except goggles) to be able to fly it, very tempting though

I just bought this drone as my very first FPV drone (excluding DJI Avata). I want to mount my DJI Mini 3 on this drone and use it as a camera, do you have any tips?
Nice drone, I have a kind of revue on the s 155 drone as seen on AliExpress or Banggood at $150.00 or so not to bad of a drone . Very similar to the sg 906 not real great in the wind - camera only good fairly close does way points ok , flight time in default mode you might get 30 minutes , would make a good beginners drone in default mode . For money not Dji or fimi, quite heavy in us you will have t put registration plate on it , pretty for giving craft.

Holy Crap Captain !!!; top speed ?????? that is amazing !!!!; also, great tip on your "exit strategy" ; thought both Cameras were superb however have to look away when you do your freestyle roles !!!!!!
I purchased one of these in a no-receiver - analog - BNF and I have to say iFlight - as a company that gets great reviews.. pretty much sucks.. the instructions and literature for the flight controller and RX connections were very poor and in some cases flat wrong, they glued to the FC a 4 wire setup to the 6 pin UART2 header.. AND chose the non inverted pin. so useless for a SBUS receiver... and since its glued on.. not easy to fix.. so I contacted iFlight and asked why they don't include a 6 wire connector or, like I have seen with other iflight drone reviews, a bag with multiple wire sets for that header.. not only would they not send them, they insisted I go out and find and buy my own.. well if I wanted to do that I would have build the damn thing from scratch.. not paid the money for a BNF... if this was a beginner and did not know that SBUS had to go to the inverted pin.. and just followed iFlights incorrect wiring instructions using their included cable.. they would never get it to work.. I would have bought the O3 version but again, iFlight was marking it up way more than what you can get an O3 for, so I used my own RX.... First and definitely the LAST iFlight POS I spend my money on...

The review is about the existence of a $199 drone which is why it was clearly pointed out that owners of such a drone are gonna stick a GoPro on it to film because there are no humans on planet earth that film in ANALOG. Hence the longest sequence of flight is all about the GoPro footage. I hate that I have to explain all of this to you as it should all make sense. In summary… iFlight made 3 FPV drones at different price points. I have the middle priced one because I prefer to not use a GoPro and just film with the camera. All 3 drones are made out of the same materials and fly the same. The differences are the camera and for the top most expensive model, the flight controller is different.
So happy that iflight is still pushing analog!! Glad I'm invested in them. This is great for getting people in the hobby and whatnot love running

Yes, if you wish to film using the DJI O3 onboard camera, the deadcat frame is what you want

If you add ELRS, then PNP is no longer available so NO you can’t automatically use your DJI remote
You can use the PNP on ELRS but here is the neat part😅. You have to unspold the wire on your drone that conmects to the reciver

Like learning to drive in a f2 car instead of an f1 car.
A 4s would not provide the correct voltage thus a flight would be less than responsive

You may have the output power set too low or your goggles have poor reception antennas

Can a larger battery be mounted to give 15 minutes of flight time?
You can use whichever battery you wish, as long as the weight allows the drone to takeoff

DJI digital goggles if you get the drone with the DJI O3 camera. If you get the analog camera version then any cheap analog FPV goggles will work.

25mw is for the ANALOG version. You only fly on 25mw indoors (like in a warehouse or gym) because the range would be short
