Cold Coco | Easy To Make Thick Chocolate Milkshake Recipe By Chetna Patel

- Try this amazing and mouth watering coco in summer. Make your family delighted with unique taste of this cool recipe.
Surat famous cold coco
500 ml - Milk for this remove 100 ml keep aside
In a small bowl:
100 ml - Milk
1 tbsp - Cornflour
1.5 tbsp - Cocoa Powder
Mix very Well..
Take one Pan Put
1/4 Cup - Water
400 ml - Milk
2tbsp - Sugar
Stir well
And put above 100ml mixture in milk and stir continuously 8-10 minutes.boil properly..and put
70 gm - Dark chocolate compound chopped
Stir properly and make sure lump free liquid.and again 7-8 minutes boil properly and strain it ... cool down the liquid at room temperature ..
keep liquid in fridge for 5-6 hours for chilled properly or u have in hurry keep in freezer for 2 hours only..
Blend in blender properly
And serve in glass
Garnish :
Chocolate grated
Cashew copper
Choco chips
