She should absolutely be in the Country Music Hall of Fame. She not only has a beautiful voice, but she has a beautiful soul. I'm shocked that she isn't already inducted. Something very wrong with that picture. Thank you for sharing. Grew up listening to her. She's awesome.

Couldn't agree more with you Randy. She certainly deserves to be in the Country Music Hall of Fame. With more #1 hits than her big sis Loretta, it makes you wonder what selection criteria is being used. And yes, Crystal and her sister Peggy Sue are still on the road entertaining...in fact, they will be just 1 1/2 hours south of you in Sioux City, IA on December 5th.

I am happy you mentioned Crystal Gayle. A very nice country voice, but very hard to find information about her songs.
Lately, I heard a song "He'll Be There" from her album "Someday" 1995 and looking for the songwriters and the lyrics of this song.
I tried to get the words by listening to it, but I am not that good at English. You see, I am Greek.
So, do you have any information on how I can find the information I'm looking for.

Absolutely she should be there and to still be a working musician and not just working but being on the road,that speaks volumes of her dedication to the music also.I know the strange things I hear about folks who end up controlling who goes in rock & roll hall of fame,it made me lose faith in that,which is sad.Because it also can kind of taint the folks who do get picked.Anyway,I hope the people at the country music hall of fame don't end up broiled in controversy etc also.Get it together over there!Crystal Gayle belongs in H of F!
