I would like to see the Multi-Layer IR demonstration. It is supposed to be a breakthrough technology, but it is hard to find a sample to determine the actual difference compared to normal IR.
Please do the whammy playing full phrases 1 and 2 octaves up, playing chords in the poly pitch mode and when using it as a usb audio interface what is lowest round trip latency say if you wanted to use it to play a vsti.
Is that a triple-humbucker archtop on the wall?! I would like to see how the Zoom handles high input levels, whether from wiring pickups in series or using a clean boost.
That’s an old Silvertone from the 50s…with three Dearmond Single Coil Pickups…I’ll see if I can do something with some active Fishman Pickups and a boost
@@TSFAHTPS Thanks for clarifying! There is no need to use the Fishmans on my account: there would be no way to distinguish the tonal and/or dynamic effects of an active pickup's preamp relative to the Zoom's reaction to the high level.
The G2 is just $200.00 USD. It sounds great and is easy to use. Even the tech specs are in no meaningful way are dumbed down. Great for practice, a song writers tool and even a backup rig for a pro. No matter what one uses from a small pro combo to a state of the art modeler it is cheap insurance.
Yeah that’s the only thing…but it’s really easy to use and quite quick to get through once you know what you are doing…and for the price…I think these things are great!!

Love that you got the drum machine / expression pedal all of those tones and quite a small pedal for all of those effects. That’s cool.

Absolutely…I think they sound really good. I’ve always been a Zoom fan!!
Does this external IRS pedal accept from other companies?
Sounds good but user interface looks and seems archaic!🤔
