- 300g of carrots pack tightly
6 g of redmond real salt
fill jar with distilled water
add fermenting lid, or burp daily.
5 to 7 days is good time. I tolerated the taste.
I eat them ciz I know they are good for me.
I would do it again if and when I am having tummy troubles!
