This yoga sequence can be practised in the morning or at any other time of the day. This yoga sequence, also known as Yin Yoga, aids in alleviating back pain - with regular practice, people have reported getting rid of their back pain completely.
    This is a great practice for everyone, not just for those with back problems, because long holding of the poses helps heal the body by working on connective tissue (including ligaments, tendons and fascia).
