Thank you Ms Kay for sharing your deal. I went this past Saturday to Target to do the household promo and guess what happened again ni gift card cause I used and I verify it was manufactured coupons. Maybe PA you can’t used coupon at all. I will be going back this week again 😂 cause I am going to try self check out to see.
That’s so odd! My husband’s is from PA and his entire family is there. Maybe I can recruit one to test out a deal at their Target and see if it’s a PA issue lol
