can you upload a Chevy 92 Caprice COLUMN SHIFT linkage kit for a 700r4 transmission? the Caprice does not use a round 8 to 10 hole pre-drilled/pre-threaded mount adapter, instead it uses an oblong mounting bracket having a splined center piece, and there was no instructions that came with my kit when i opened the package it was shipped in.
I purchased the dual action for a 700r4 and it was a joke! The craftsmanship was poor, the bolts did not fit, and would strip out if you tried to tighten them up. I should have spent the extra $100 and went with a Lokar.
Have people become so mechanically challenged that they wouldn't know what a heim joint is? "Rod Bearings?" Only rod bearings I know are in the rod ends connecting to the crankshaft! WE need shop classes back in high schools so kids can learn these things and not be so dependent on others to fix their cars and so they know one part from another. And why use only a crescent wrench instead of the right size wrench?
That’s like saying “you don’t know what implications IoT device in a Nuclear power plant can causes when not managed correctly? You don’t even understand what a subnet is?! You fool!!!” Not everyone is an expert as everything
Garbage! Not worthy of the name America to be in the title. The bolts strip out, it works like crap and they are to cheap to send some directions. If you try to download their directions from the web site it fails and you get nothing. But that's OK just watch youtube and some ads to get the most ridiculous instruction i have seen. Also make sure you install the rod bearings correctly, don't forget to use plastigauge.
so if you buy this shifter, you have to drop your trans?....brilliant!!

Buy the Lokar. They don’t even tell you which bolts are which. No proper instructions available. Junk.
