The Petit Canal slave markets

In this video, I take you to Petit Canal, and behind the church a small monument commemorating the abolition of slavery precedes the monument staircase called "slave steps" each of which bears the name of the different ethnic groups of Africa whose the members were deported to Guadeloupe. Post-abolition, these steps facilitated the transport of goods from the port.
