The US Armed Forces should have a program to conduct aptitude tests to find prospective candidates for computer training (OS administration, web development, application management, DBA, cloud administration, networking - wired and wireless, data communication, etc.) Those who have no aptitude on computer can train in traditional vocation, practical electrician, plumbing, fibre-optics management, solar and wind power technologies, agriculture - animal and plant husbandry, etc.
