I just want to say a big thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. I have been watching Neal for some time and my health has been improving daily. Your webinars on UA-cam will save many. Thank you Ron and all your team. I am forever grateful and I owe you and Neal 'a beer' for helping me to understand what has been wrong with me all this time, when nobody else could give me a clear explanation and guidance. God bless you. PRI is magical.

based on your knowledge, how would living in a higher altitude (5000') have an affect on lung functioning?

Every person is different, but higher altitudes usually make your lungs work harder, so keeping all these concepts in mind is important.

Guarding knowledge is not a good way to understand. Understanding means to throw away your knowledge.

Can you make the video thumbnail bigger next time? Move the slides further over to make room.

When recording, you cannot change these settings (at least in all the research I have done I don't see that you can), but when viewing it "live" you can view them side by side and change the size of speaker video and PPT slides to what you prefer.
