The worse thing is when a video company wants to strap a mic onto our mic for toasts. It’s like handing a brick to someone to do a toast.

Good gig log. Why not use lav mic? Looks way better in pictures.
I’m able to eq this mic to pic up a larger radius than 1 or 2 lapel mics. When outdoors I can even pick up the father of the bride say “we do”.
@cinderellasweddingdjs It's about the look. Having no visible mics in pictures is worth the extra work.
