That's what I'm talking about, an artifact hunter's dream, a field that hasn't been plowed in 60 years and turning the dirt over from a foot deep! Then to find it loaded with arrowheads is just awesome. Glad it's that time of year for yall again. Congratulations on your finds and may this season bring you many more!
Ahh man… seeing that plowed field reminds me of the good old days before no till! What an awesome spot, filled with so many nice pieces! Thanks for sharing buddy!
Nice way to start the year. You have a beautiful area to hunt. There's no telling what that field will reveal! Can't wait to see what y'all find. Good luck out there
Absolutely awesome guys!!! But I can’t wait to see all the gems y’all are going to pull from that field after more rain!!!! So many artifacts still waiting to be uncovered in those clods!!! I’ll be praying for some gully washers for y’all!!! 👍🏻👍🏻
.Preparing the land and making great finds. Wow that was a marathon of beautiful finds my friend. That ear is great, the assassin of assassins is wonderful. They were all beautiful finds my friend. Greetings and blessings.
Looks like an awesome field Jack . You fellas are gonna haul some good stuff out of there after each good downpour in the near future . Sucks about Ben's broke tip . Still an awesome point . Good to see you all out looking . Thanks for sharing and best wishes to all of you .
Looks like it’s going to be a good spot. I found three Madison’s with the tips missing so I didn’t video. Hopefully more whole points will surface. Great to hear from you. Take care.
60 years!!! I’m excited for you! What a great experience to walk that field with high anticipation. It sure didn’t disappoint either. Multiple exceptional points! Just don’t see that often enough. Can’t wait to see what else comes out of that spot. Thanks for sharing! First hunt of the year video for us coming tomorrow.
Bravo boys! Incredible piece of property. Congratulation’s to y’all on the killer finds. I’m sure mores to come after all this snow melts. Best of luck and can’t wait to see what else comes off that place.
Thanks Ben. Looking forward to the drag on that field and then a good rain. Then discing and a good rain. Expectations are high that’s for sure. Thanks a bunch.
The excitement of a field not plowed in that long had to have you going crazy when the rain poured the other day. Still heavy chunks it’s gonna drop quite a few out. Wish I had a new 60 year field. Lol. Congrats guys. Great hunt. The heartbreaker tip ding was a Beauty
It’s does feel good to have fresh dirt to look. It takes a lot of rain to wash sod ground. Benny will put a drag on it soon so hopefully we’ll get some good rains. Thanks.
Great finds y'all!!! That looks like some sweet surprises ahead, given what was found in the first hunt! That serrated beauty really hurt. Congrats on the finds and good luck on the next!
Great finds and really enjoyed watching. That’s every man’s dream to see a plowed field. Unfortunately where I’m from they do no till. We have a dig site on private property so that’s what we mainly do. God Bless!
Not every day an artifact hunter gets the chance to hunt a field that hasn't been opened up for 60 years. Like opening a treasure chest. Seeing them plows row that dirt deep reminded me of the glory days around here. I have never found a whole Lost Lake. If that's what the big serrated One is. It would be one of my prize finds even with a broke tip. They are all sweet finds. Thanks for sharing and your time.
And that’s how ya find killers in Kentucky folks, too cool to watch from deep plowing to recovering em, looks like your just getting started, keep on em 😎😎😎
Awesome finds. And thanks for showing the plowing at the beginning, after the tobacco buy out I have seen less and less of it around here in SE Ohio… brings back some great memories of places I used to hunt that are now alfalfa hay fields.
Yes I do. I could agree with those that say disease wiped out a lot of the Native American population when European contact occurred, but why so many artifacts left on the ground thousands of years earlier. I don’t know. There must have been tens of thousands of camp sites in North America, and Kentucky is just one of them where artifacts are abundant.
@@actionjacksonartifactsandb877 My grandfather had property in Mississippi. My Dad said there were so many arrowheads and pottery pieces that they only picked up the good ones.
Great stuff Jack. Was that a Lost Lake Ben found? That Jack's Reef was thin as a 🥔 chip. There will be some killers come out of there !! Great to see you all out. P.H.
Surprised to see anyone disc a field these days. It’s frowned upon anymore. They say it destroys the soil structure and increases top soil loss and run off.
As always enjoyed watching thanks for sharing and I'm new to your channel I gave you a sub and also I recently uploaded my first videos you should check em out good luck and happy hunting 👍
Cant wait till my fields get plowed all this dang rain!! Love you guys and look forward to your next video!! Good luck out there!!

Yes indeed, plowed ground is getting as rare as hen’s teeth. Happy hunting on your dig site and thanks for watching.

Sorry it took so long Josh
No sir, no need for apology! I hunted my whole life and now don’t have one field to hunt . Really makes me happy to watch you finding those.
About time!
I heard that.
Nice
Awesome y'all 😎 👍
Thank you sir
You ever wonder what led up to somebody losing that many arrowheads and one spot?
Yes I do. I could agree with those that say disease wiped out a lot of the Native American population when European contact occurred, but why so many artifacts left on the ground thousands of years earlier. I don’t know. There must have been tens of thousands of camp sites in North America, and Kentucky is just one of them where artifacts are abundant.
I might have tryed to glue them chips on if ya could looked just like 3or4 pieces . Either way killer hunt 👍 👍👍
We thought about it. Thanks.
Plowing the field right before it rains is ideal.
Your right. It was pretty good timing.
@@actionjacksonartifactsandb877 My grandfather had property in Mississippi. My Dad said there were so many arrowheads and pottery pieces that they only picked up the good ones.
