it seems like there is to much premix in the gas. Mix a gallon with 3.75oz of mix and try that. With jetting just use stock jets if it's a stock motor and then fine-tune the Air/Fuel screw. An air filter also does wonders on those small engines it'll run a lot more crisp with one
When you’re jetting remember, a two stroke will load up if you let it idle more than a second or two, you have to wrap it up and clean off the plug to get it to respond

Too much oil in the fuel. The air screw isn’t out enough. Put it at 2 turns out and start there. The pilot is too big most likely. It’s definitely loading up at idle. The main is probably good. But it’s smoking too hard at low rpm.
