Still completed 10-15% of project. Whoever going to buy flats in this area. Check your builders track record and make sure they have paidoff land 100%. If project is not bankable then just run 🏃. Registries are not happening even after a push from govt. if you guys collect some data then you will find noida extension will be in top 3 where fraud builders are in the majority. I am an investor. I will never invest in under construction projects even if i get 50% discount. The profit you are showing its on paper. Here you will loose your money and will not get any thing. In courts you will get only dates 😂.
