I've had a diagnosis since I was a kid; I find it heartwarming there's now some ASMR videos for ADHD! I admit, even all this time later I have some difficulty concentrating or comprehending instructions. You got me with that Uno test quickly switching between colours and numbers! Thanks for all the lovely videos lately! Life has been rollercoastering on me a lot recently. The compliments and affirmations have made me feel confident and safe!
The medication changed my life. I hope it does the same for you. Just remember though, it won't get rid of all the symptoms, it just helps you manage them 😊
I hope your diagnosis helps in all the ways you need it to 🙌 I was diagnosed at 34 and have developed so many coping mechanisms that I don’t like the medication side effects and can do without 🙃
As someone who is a couple of months into my 2+ year waitlist, I felt vindicated by completely being unable to recall the keyboard sequence, my working memory is garbage! This was super relaxing though, hope I don't fall asleep in the assessment like this one!
You are a true artist, felt it as soon as the video started, the sound of the pencil, your kadance, voice, lipsmacking etc, everything was on point! Not too much, not too little! A++++
I am immediately thrown back to 1999 when my fourth grade teacher insisted on having me tested 😂 She told my mom and I quote “I adore Crystal but she’s driving me crazy” which she meant with all the love in the world. She tried everything for the first semester of my fourth grade year and once Christmas break was coming she met with my mom and they talked about it and I was formally diagnosed at age 9 (which for females was and is still rare). I’m now 33 and some days it’s still very evident lol
Okay, not because I have ADHD, but because I have been wearing glasses since I was 6, you need lenses. I mean, I do have ADHD, and glad you’re normalizing it. 😊😊😊
