Broceliande is beautiful. One of the many settings shown in this video, with a brightly lit dead tree in the background and rock spicules (?) in the foreground, was really striking in a way no 'arranged' setting could be. That, with the music, makes this a video well worth watching and hearing and appreciating.

D'abord, je dois dire que tu as énormément de talent et tu es une inspiration pour moi en tant que harpiste (je joue aussi, depuis presque 10 ans déjà). J'adore tes interprétations, celle-ci étant l'une de mes préférées! J'ai aussi une petite question... Est-ce que le son de la harpe est tel quel ou tu ajoutes des effets? (parce que là il est vraiment trop sublime) Et comment ça se fait que tu peux jouer sans câble? (ça m'intéresse car je vais bientôt m'acheter une harpe électrique aussi, le même modèle, juste que la mienne aura 36 cordes) :) encore une fois grand grand chapeau pour tout ce que tu fais!

Je n'ajoute pas d'effet sur le son de ma harpe habituellement hormis... sur celle ci justement ;) enfin c'est un ami qui faisait des études de technicien son qui avait voulu essayer d'enregistrer une harpe, et donc je pense qu'il a pas mal travailler le son (d'ailleurs on entend qu'il est différent par rapport à mes autres vidéos :)) Quand tu joues sans câble, donc sans être amplifié, il n'y a que toi qui peut t'entendre. Malheureusement ils n'ont pas encore inventé la harpe en wifi ^^ N'hésite pas si tu as d'autres questions !

Ici, le changement de la position de camera on le peut faire avec des glissages d' une position sur un autre...dans le proces d'editer. Mais chaque fois qu on change la position de camera on le fait seulement s il est necessaire. Est ce que le changement donne un avantage au spectateur? La monotonie visuelle est brisee en introduir un autre chose filme en avant ou apres la scene principale. En anglais on appelle ca le cut-away.

The hardest part for me is coordinating the melody and harmony at the same time; telling your hands to do two very different things at the same time in complementary ways. But I don't play any other instruments, so I'm not sure how it would compare with, say, guitar. I was able to learn despite my Tourettes Syndrome, so I figure it's like anything else--totally doable with practice and diligence :) She's clearly got the song memorized by now--no sheet music in sight--but I'm not sure whether she learned it by ear or by sheet music originally. You'd have to ask her. She is definitely a fantastic musician :)
