Worlds Biggest CROCODILES in REMOTE AUSTRALIA! Pt.2
Вставка
- Опубліковано 26 сер 2023
- We venture deep into a remote section of river in Australia searching for the worlds biggest crocodile. The biggest crocodile that has EVER been caught was 6 metres 17 centimetres. We survive with these living dinosaurs for 3 DAYS while living off the land, fishing for giant barramundi and exploring an area that Steve Irwin (The Crocodile Hunter) used to catch Saltwater Crocodiles many years ago.
Thanks to my mate brodie for taking me on this adventure, check out his instagram for more @topendcrocodileservice 🐊

BE CROC WISE IN CROC COUNTRY!
Epic!
Seriously glued to the screen miller by far part 2 head and shoulders over any other you tubers videos, exc job miller on your best episode to date congrats mate
I've been watching all your old vids new vid is CRAZY
When I saw the size of that croc on the trailer i sat open mouthed. It's Jst a pity that humans are ever encroaching on the habitat's of these majestic animals.
Then someone gets attacked. I don't blame the animal. Millions of years of instinct whispering into ur ear would be a hard thing to ignore.
Theoretically, left to time and nature, how large could a croc grow?
nice one mate - so cool to hear your thoughts - hope your world is amazing cheers Miller@@Oldbloodsadventures
Miller your a national treasure mate! Steve Irwin would be smiling knowing the next generation has a representative of our beautiful country and all its creatures 😊🤙

That is awesome!
@@MillerWilson yes bro
Fun fact there used to be so far known at least four species of crocodile that used to live in Australia 40,000 years ago, such as the semi aquatic paludirex vincenti, and paludirex gracilis. Both had larger armored scutes compared to modern saltwater crocs and had a broader snout with larger teeth and growing to about about 5 to 6m . And the other two Species were fully terrestrial land dwelling crocodiles that could gallop like a horse with long limbs and a broad tall snout with ziphodont dentition like theropod dinosaurs such as allosaurus, and got to 20 foot and fed on diprotodon. Called quinkana fortirostum, and the other is a yet unnamed spends that has yet to be formally described and the paper on its fossils has yet to be published. And regarding your Borneo expedition which Was awesome to see those species, but also is home to four crocodile distinct species of croc m as well such as the salt water crocodile, Malayan gharial, Siamese crocodile, and Borneo crocodile, scientific name of the Borneo crocodile is crocodylus raninus. The individuals that showed you the crocs also had a single Borneo crocodile living with the saltwater crocodiles, it’s smaller in size and more armor different coloration and other distinct cranial features and in skull morphology, it was for sure briefly seen in 18:00 in your part 1 of Borneo trip. And lastly on New Caledonia and Vanuatu islands had a small tree climbing and fully terrestrial land dwelling mekosuchine crocodiles called mekosuchus. Was living around only about a couple thousand year ago. Also it’s still very possible it still exists on remote unexplored islands in the South Pacific and New Guinea.
Its a good day when miller uploads
hooray thanks mate
Definitely when you guys caught that Barra looks so good 👍
Was only thinking earlier today, I haven't seen a new Miller video. You made my night! Take care out there. 🙂✌🏼
It's really amazing how big these crocodiles get out there to kind of think every day like how big can be the next one😊😊
And that was something that many crocodiles all together I guess they're trying to keep warm or something
I think of Steve Irwin every time I watch your videos it's literally like he was reincarnated. You literally are the crocodile hunter of this day
haha too big a path for me to take on but he was my hero growing up for sure so anything I can do to follow in his footsteps is cool with me thanks mate cheers Miller
And for sure that crocodile was really big it's amazing to get that close there's something special that was a big one
Again Miller, another epic adventure that you took us on. Capture that image of the crocodile at 5:20 and put on your new merch! Again, thanks for brining us along!!

Definitely Miller me and my wife enjoy this episode as well so much cool bro 🎉
Glad you enjoyed
Never thought about how many wild crocs are out there that were handled by Steve Irwin and will still be around for many decades. Some might even be around into the 2100s. What an awesome thought.
yes it hit me for the first time that they are long term survivors in general so many years ahead for alot of them unless they get a taste for humans and then they go to croc heaven unfortunately
I like how educational these videos are! ❤❤
nice to hear - I am glad as I had so much fun making this series
Marco from Mareeba. Just watched your video with the brief story (19min mark) about my attack in 2021. That day I wasn't trying to retrieve a lure, however I am guilty of that carelessness too many times prior to the attack. So, the point should be heeded and is now definitely heeded by myself. Good work, keep spreading that message. Regards, Marco
Hey Marco, glad you’re okay mate! Absolutely wild story and happy that you’re here to tell it. I can tell it won’t be happening again, take care mate!
HI Miller mate part 2 is epic how big are fresh water crocodiles in comparison would definitely like to go to Australia sometime great scenery do they have warning signs about crocodiles by the riverbank
Yes big yellow warning signs with an Achtung - Salties are considerably larger than Freshies
Yes me and my wife love this episode we think it's so cool and these crocodiles how big they get I can't believe it's amazing and it's definitely cool the way Steve Irwin yes the crocodile hunter what I definitely like seeing this he was all into crocodiles and stuff yes he was all into that stuff to cool😊😊

You should do a video from Kakadu and Cahill's crossing! That place looks incredible

Which part of Cape York Peninsula did this video was taken I come from the western side of CYP love your Vids mate
right in the heart mate - how cool you live up there! glad you are enjoying it all
Incredible that episode 2 has arrived
yes I was so keen to upload it all - thanks mate
Miller i had to wait to watch your video in the day time, i had a feeling you were going to show Croc Encounters at night time. But anyway very educational and you wont see me walking or fishing willy nilly at night in the Cape York Croc Country or apparently near Cairns Airport without a flash light to see any eyeballs watching me for dinner. It's a amazing that one the crocs you encountered this trip would of been tagged by Steve. Another successful expedition Miller , Brodie is excellent and has the knowledge at his work with wildlife.
Nice one mate - thanks so much - glad you got to watch it - it was a real adventure with plenty of highlights cheers for the support thanks Miller
Really cool to see all the animals you guys spotted. I really wanna go to Australia some day and see the wildlife. Thanks alot for sharing. Love your swedish made backpack and yes im from Sweden.

Ugh I'm so jealous 😩 lol. Crocodiles (mostly Salties and Niles) are one of my top 3 favourite animals. It's a dream of mine to one day visit Australia and get to see these incredible beasts in person (from a safe distance obviously 😋)
Much love from Toronto 🇨🇦💚
I hope you make it over someday soon cheers for watching thanks miller
I wish we still had Steve what a legend
Yes Miller is so cool to be by these crocodiles that are big brother 🎉

Didn't want that to finish lol, compelling storytelling x
Gotta love the Kewpie mayo with your barra 😊
Love the vids mr Wilson been subbed for a while🔥
I appreciate that loyalty so much - thanks for sticking around
Great video Miller,
Thanks Jeffrey - it was such a great few days exploring up in the north
The biggest croc ever in Australia was shot back in 1957 by Krystina Pawlowski, which measured 8.64 meters! That’s 28ft 4”… but some people are sceptical for obvious reasons.
yes I did read about that one - I am sure there are huge ones out there as with Humans but I don't think after a certain length it helps them so I think 5/6 metres keeps them agile enough to survive
If you get your lure snagged, disconnect your reel from the rod, reel the line taught and shoot your rod down the line and it will pop your lure free, reel the lure and rod back up and reassemble
super good advice thanks so much mate - nice one
great video, thank you for showing our beautiful country up North, amazing.
Glad you enjoyed it! thanks Marc
That crocodile that was caught in the Philippines was named Lolong, named after one of the crocodile hunters who led the hunt to capture the crocodile.
ok cool to know thanks for the info cheers Miller
I definitely cannot believe all the crocodiles in that spot that is a lot
Hey bro it's me Vinny and and Stephanie wanted to say we watch this episode it was so good so glad finally got to see it that is so cool looking at all this crocodiles me and my wife like the part when you were eating the fish and how good it must have been wish we were there to try it definitely this episode is so cool thanks Miller😊😊
You are the best - thanks so much
When you were growing up I think you took the phrase 'Do something everyday that scares you?' too damn literally. Although it only feels like I'm the one scared for you!
haha yes I am sorry for that - I am also keeping it real - so far so good - enjoying the journey for sure - thanks Andrew
Hey Miller, i am from Austria. A few years ago I spent some time in Australia. I was amazed. I went to NT and also Arnhem Land. I miss it alot. Through your vids I am still able to experience the wildness and beauty of this continent. Thank you. And crocodiles are one of the most stunning creatures. Yolngu from Arnhem told me that the kids are told not to swim in the sea during high tide as it is more likely for crocs to swim close to the shore. Are you living in the NT now?
Hi miller you are a great UA-camr and very helpful and educational
cool thanks so much Harry
Definitely got to say that fish look awesome especially the way you guys cooked it man I wish I was there to try
Miller I cannot believe all the crocodiles are so many of them so cool when you guys caught that fish look real good must be a real great eating fish 🐟😊😊
