I have a Weather Mod, Sever modifier mod, Improved NVG's and Thermals, and a graphical update. Most of the things that are changed in my game come from the Sever Modifier, like longer raids, I can exit anywhere I want, PMC's and Scavs have more loot on them, the loot is multiplied in the match, I can choose to have very little amount of bots or put in a horde. I take bosses off if I am not wanting to fight them. Stuff like that.
