@@jorgerios7184 nah 2 strokes aren't that hard to ride clearly you haven't spent much time on one they are easier in alot of ways less tiring way lighter. Corner better etc etc etc.
@@anotherfacelessacount2063 they're not "way lighter". Maybe back in the day, but nowadays the lighter 4 strokes are only 10 pounds heavier. The only way you are going to notice 10 pounds is if you're a pro rider.
The closest we're going to get to that would be through Austria's own manufacturer with their systems; unless, Honda releases some of their R&D for these bikes. Really, it you wanted a streetable 2T... Your best option is to buy one of the Enduro models from the UK, ship it over, and then slap a plate on it... You're done and never have to worry about any be BS-EPA crap. It's all a bunch of crap that we're forced to believe about motorcycles dumping unburnt hydrocarbons into the air. Yeah, a one cylinder bike with a 250 to 300cc displacement that hardly sees the light of day will output equal to or more emissions that any 4 to 8 cylinder vehicle. It was the big 4 from Japan that forced us down this BS path... Sad fact of what they've done.
Why not make a 2 stroke class for the privateers or the young guns in the series? Bike sales are down and attendance are down. I’m sure it would help the sport out greatly
Man just the skill to ride a supercross track would be awesome. When you actually walk it in person it's a totally different perspective from watching youtube.
I ride from my house too these test tracks through the mountains behinds you " transmission lines" I have no clue how these guys do it , the landings on everything are straight up and down and super short , I look at all 7 of them in ahhhh everytime I go
Anybody know the story on the bike? The last production Suzuki's had steel frames. This one had an aluminum one. Was it just someone's A.F. conversion that they borrowed, a project bike, or did Suzuki provide it? I know, I know, wishful thinking that Suzuki is gonna get back in the 2-stroke making business.
Now this is pure speculation so do not quote me on it, but I'd imagine it's a RMZ250/450 frame, with an RM250 motor in it. The plastic looks to be from a 2010-2017 RMZ bike. Since 2009 had a different tank shroud design. But from 2010-2017 they typically stayed the same. Not sure if it's Jake's bike or if it's a project bike that they borrowed. Like I said, just speculation, I could be 100% wrong.
Its an A.F. conversion someone made. I remember seeing a video on someone's RM250 AF and it was comprised off about 3 different bikes to make it ride perfectly. The frame of one year, subframe of another if i believe, and another years parts which i dont remember exactly what they were
I'm so happy that Jake is not racing Pro Motocross and Supercross any more. He will be a crippled old man if he continues racing, and for what, 10th place or worse?
2 stroke is the real motocross bike ...
Jorge Rios YES it is! Brraap!
Everybody can go fast on the four strokes but not too fast on the two stroke it takes two different skills

Bring back 2-stroke supercross and pro-motocross and 2-stroke street bikes RD-350's

It goes back to Japan, they brought this down upon us.
forevr2wheels You can thank the EPA
Lee Nix maybe trump will pardon the 2 stroke as he did for jack Johnson
forevr2wheels No kidding, I'm a old fart running a 450r but would love to get a 2smoke for some old times.
Do you think sales are down because new dirt bikes are way to expensive nowadays?

Wild Deuce Couldn’t agree more!
the camera does this no justice. he’s riding pretty mellow but irl he’s still bookin.
A dude I know just found and bought a brand new 08 one.. 😍😍 it's been somewhere in storage all these years, and never even had petrol in its tank
Finally a rider that didn't completely rev the shit out of a 2 stroke
What you on about you clown, it’s a 2 stroke your supposed to rev it out lol
The suzuki 2 stroke is more of a mid unlike those cr yz that u have to crack those bitch wide open

Love that bike!!! Had a 01' rm 250, nothing cuts the corners like a Suzuki, they just need a pipe to wake em up.

That bike just needed the 1992 RM stickers on it to complete the look. 🙋
Did he launch in second?
Grew up making those noises soo awesome killed it
Steven Killeen Lol! So did I.
wheres the triple?
This bike Rips
Well....it is a RM
No replacing for diss.. two stroke lookout
I wana see his lap times on this compared to a 250f or even a 450f. LAP TIMES.
Science Militia1 - poor comparison if he’s not skilled at getting the most out of a two stroke powerband

Spend i bit more time on the 2stroke and you'll become a faster rider.
Enjoying your 450 being last in the shootouts? 😂. Suzuki 2 strokes arent much better.
