Seeing you with you mom made me smile. I definitely miss mine! I love how we love makeup, but are so comfortable the way we wake up. You look great. That orange/brown "stuff" was betadine solution and the tab was an EKG lead used to monitor your heart while you were intubated (RN here). You looked great before......I don't know if we are gonna make it now! 😂🤣 I'm super excited for you! 😘

You are the ideal patient because you’re already moving around and doing what they asked you to do. I would have been milking it. The way on day 2 you were doing skin care, I’m like what?! And then day 3 you couldn’t even tell you had surgery when you were sitting in your robe like wow. Shout out to your mom for coming to help because I know my African mom wouldn’t. I can only imagine what that first massage was like. You are one strong woman!
BWAAHAHH I laughed at the video when editing, because I KNEW y'all would be tickled at the Day 2 skincare. LOL! aaw, mom would be scared. My mom was def holding alot in. SHe said she cried when she saw me wheeled out on Day 1, but I NEVER knew because she never showed me or said anything. Sweet mother. She has taught me strength, without a word. The first massage was hell!

I did hibiclens before the surgery and regular body wash afterward.

I was wondering what that patch was on your shoulder in last video. Can we still get an explanation why your incisions were different than what you thought? I want to get boob implants & lipo once I am older. I love that your mom was there to take care of you and the home.
Yea, I am wondering too, I should've asked at my last appt. Shoot! Ok, so I do have the anchor incision. I do explain it in later videos, but honestly, a team memer at my last appt didn't even notice the incision. I was in the nude when she walked in and she couldn't even see them. SO, yea! My scars are fading, already, so nicely! More to come.

How were the massages? I’m a massage therapist of 6yrs now but lymphatic drainage massages are one I have no interest in tackling, the fluids would make me 😷
Girl! Lemme tell you. They’re painful at times and I have only leaked once or twice. BBLs must be diff. I had drains in, so it wasn’t a mess like I was thinking it would be. Whenever I had the massage, the fluids would be pushed into my drains. Of course, after the drains were re,over, my holes closed.

HOneyyyy, yes! Except the lipo made my skin sore. The TT pain subsided after a few days. The lip pain is still there. SKin soreness on 1,000. The TT is a breeze compared to this skin soreness.

If it’s brown, it’s probably iodine used to cleanse the skins during surgery. It’s safe
I can tell you from experience ibuprofen works better for the pain then the hydrocodone. I asked my doctor to give me a script for 800mg of ibuprofen & it was a game changer for the pain.

Blessings Queen~I’m positive that your mother made all of us without ours miss them even more 😢. There always supportive and with you through some of the most difficult times in our lives. A lot of what your body was feeling was also related to the hydrocodone. I was laughing to myself, knowing how it will make some itch or as if your skin is crawling. Woman as a whole are so resilient and are even stronger than we know or have even tapped in to as of yet. This has to be the cleanest and classiest version of surgery that exist, honestly. You never missed the mark on anything you needed, you prepared to perfection. This is most definitely how it should be done and be the tutorial of ‘what to do’. Thoroughly still enjoying being a part of this journey with you.
