The most biggest difference is The face
C151 have a sliver plate face
C651 have a white face

Pre-refurbish C151 Trains Has a Square Taillights and Eye Headlights, Refurbished C151 and C651 Trains eye Circle Headlights and Taillights, C751B Trains eye spots giving it more streamlined look, C151A Trains have a 'eye bags' face on the headlights unlike the C751B Trains, C151B and C151C Trains these 'eye spots' Headlights and Taillights giving it more streamlined look.
