The annex is on hold for just a little while, whilst we get this new venture off the ground.Need to pay the bills!
We are going to produce a fully detailed series to help you build your very own stunning garden room with zero experience and the help of a build pack.
A build pack is a series of instructions and full materials list for a specific size built to this standard.
You'll be given a link to access the fully detailed series of videos with your build pack as soon as the series has started.
A regular video will be uploaded featuring the garden room build, the more concise detailed videos will be accessed by a link and will go hand in hand with the build pack.
I have been asked if I will provide a link for people wanting to view and am working on a way around this for you.
The new build kits will be available soon and of course will come with a full instruction file and corresponding video to help you build your very own garden room.
Sizes will be limited and the kits will still need doors and windows and interior fit out as well as exterior upgrading if you do not like the style of the industrial metal clad panels.
But I will show you fully how to change them into a stunning garden room.

Great to see you back. Will follow along. I'm probably a couple of years away from building my own yet, but this might give me the confidence to tackle some smaller projects too.
I bought the build pack last year, spent months on building it myself, wish I could upload pictures here. Even after all of this, I'm still watching these videos again just because it's so enjoyable to watch!
I am doing the same --- give Perkins Builder Brothers a watch though. Like Garden Rooms on steroids, but lovely individuals just like Liam doing the work.

I just finished my garden room / shed using the rod system 4.5m by 2m. Worked a treat and solid as anything. So easy to do as well.

Holes are bit tight, i thought they needed to be 300 cube minimum

@@thegardenroomguru still looks a bit tight with the square washer if your using 100 sq plate thats 140 ish across the corners on a 200 dia hole, its only an observation Im not trying to tell you how to suck eggs.

No mate, as soon as we are base complete I’ll then start putting a code on it, you’ll email me your proof of purchase or what ever you have, I’ll send the code 👍🏼

Is there a rule regarding the size a garden room can be, I would like to have one 6x3 metres, is this allowed without permission? (Garden size is 8 times larger than this) thanks
Ill do a more detailed explanation in tomorrows video mate, but thats allowed with out planning though you may need to inform building control if over 15m2 and your neighbours aint the nicest
