I'm incredibly exhausted. It is not depression or lack of sleep or deconditioning. I also have hypotension. In addition to probable PD, I have ME/CFS. It's hard to differentiate between PD fatigue and ME/CFS fatigue.
My fatigue is in my leg muscles from above knee to painful hips. If i start to walk at a stroll to brisk walk my legs instantly turn in to the tin man and my enerytanks 😢

Fatigue is the wrong word. Fatigue is the result of effort or work. It is "weakness" I feel in Parkinson's.

You have a great strong spirit. Stick in there. You life is worth living. So be tired. It doesn't mean your life is worthless.
