A few good camera techniques (such as at 28:48) and some well-framed and set up outdoor riding scenes. The old western directors had skills and tried to use them despite low budgets.
Charles Robert Starrett was an American actor best known for his starring role in the Durango Kid western series. When he retired he held the record for starring in the longest-running string of feature films. 65
@@Alf2555 Watched, & collected so many that it surprises me when I encounter one I haven't seen. Durango is my favorite old-time cowboy since his fistfights were short & sweet, not interminable like so many others.
Millennial types don't understand movie eras or even their own era...Durango kid was made as a kid friendly family western...spend the dime for a Saturday afternoon of western fun...
I only have one problem with these shows at least the ones that were preserved by Permanent Record, and that is that the audio at the beginning when their logo comes up is louder than the audio for the show itself. Other than that I enjoy the shows.
Lucky you do dnt live in western times , not saying your pedantic but youd be complaining some horse pooh is runnier than ither horse pooh, which is obviously a catastrophe
Westerns of the 30s and 40s had water troughs next to horse rail...not the 50s westerns...just occasionally...gunsmoke made sure it had water for the horses...
Thanks for the westerns. Brings back memories
É muito bom assistir ESSES preto e branco FILMES oeste Record

Cool
Lots of borrowed stock footage from Durango movies used in each Durango title...
Not to begin with, every serial had a recap ep.
A search at Wikipedia says that footage was reused to lengthen the episodes.

Looks like you’re trying to keep track so you don’t repeat 😂
I like this series but I wonder why he rides up and down the street shooting 🤔

would have been good if not for that unfunny burnett!,ruins the whole frikkin movie.
He made a lot of money doing that.
I could've done without his singing.
I'm sure glad Tales of Wells Fargo was a pure western!
