Feds need to investigate this corrupt cop
Corrupt pd and corrupt court and da. Definitely corrupt families involved
The whole police department as well as prosecutor and judge!
The entire dept and Judicial system. That judge is deserving of an investigation herself. Aunt Bev? Give me a Fkn break
The Feds themselves were behind the Democrat Coup on January 6.
Now that’s funny!! “The PotInvestigating The Kettle”!! It all comes out the same.
Cam you imagine how many guys he set up in his career
There are non profits that will hopefully look into this. Every Massachusetts Law School should also be involved reviewing the cases.
He still can, he's wasn't fired.
That’s the thing. All of the above and more has always been done in order to boost one’s career. The sentiment and approach has been copied and pasted throughout time. Which btw isn’t news.
Trooper relieved of duty AFTER mistrial? Implying that he would have kept his job if the jury had delivered a guilty verdict, that is disgusting. It will be hard to sweep this frame up job under the rug after all the publicity. The guy will simply move on to another PD. However I would expect the guys name to popup again as a bad actor, all a part of the bad cop whack-a-mole game being played nationwide.
@@londen3547He still has his job, relieved of duty is not the same as being fired, it’s a paid vacation
This needs an independent investigation. Police never follow police misdeeds.
The Executive branch has immunity, in USA!USA!
He would have gotten away with it if it wasn’t a mistrial… he almost got away with it
You should look up Slushy Gate, David Mascarella, and Cariol Horne
Oh im sure there will be this isn't going away, it's a shame really
He will be at another department next month the union will ensure it.
If he compromised the case he should have to pay her court costs and go to prison.
This is how folk have played fair for decades! X3. ……and to this day, folk still play all kinds of games behind the scenes, with the intent to “win” aka get their way. Fortunately Time has broken up the monotony on such behaviors. As the need for folk (these days) to outwardly do (without remorse) that which was once normalized and practiced “behind the scenes”……….shows how society (on a whole), has evolved. As generational curses aren’t only exclusive to one’s family and genes.
She should have been found not guilty! It never should have been brought to trial!
@@junglekutz5625we are talking about this one trooper
Police Immunity dunce. We could like do something about that but Americans are lazy.
Not just her court/attorney cost. He should be required to pay all expenses for this entire trial. He just wasted, probably several million dollars of taxpayer's money. Attorney's fees, prosecutor and their staff's salary, the Judge and court staff and all the witnesses on both sides. Then throw in the jury's cost (time off work or away from their own lives, travel, food etc.) Trials like this, the cost always runs into the millions.
So if you work for the police and you do something wrong. They just transfer you over to a different location? How does that fix the problem of having a bad individual? Can you imagine if that worked for every job? Of course nobody fears doing anything wrong because there seems to be no real consequences for those who work in police. If it's governed by the city and state, there should be regimented stiff penalties for breaking code of conduct. And you should having legal action held against you, your pension stripped away and fired if you did something illegal that pertains to the job. If this was implemented imagine how many people would take the job more seriously and think twice before breaking the law or misbehaving. There's basically no penalties when something like this happens. Broken systems in this country leads to broken individuals.
Wish it was like that in the real world. Instead of getting laid off for corporate greed like most of us do, imagine if you just got relocated at the same pay rate every time a CEO wants to appease his shareholders. Even the notion of getting fired for being bad at a job, is insane to think the company firing you would want to keep you as an employee, and will just send you to a new location to continue your bad work.
Welcome to America!
This has been going on for 50+ years, before that they were promoted, and she would have been found guilty and there wouldn't have been an FBI investigation.
Blue Line Mafia protect their own.
Sadly, he law enforcement profession is a safe have for sociopaths.
They said he was transferred there while they do the investigation when it’s over he will be flipping burgers
The wife saying Karen a murderer. Libel and/or slander.
libel is the word you're looking for.
100% liable
She's backing her husband who is a completes DOPE...say's alot about her...

@@mulgrum The commenter had misspelt libel in their original posting. I was helping them out, not giving legal advice.
How many people did he setup over his career
And how many of the actually guilty did he let go to continue victimizing the innocent?
Moreover, how many he just let go silently into the wind or forge reports?
Like Action Jackson said:
(typo's) 😂
He shouldn't be the only one! There's many bad apples in this group. How do his supervisors laugh at his poor performance? They should go too!
How many times has he done this before. Never talk to the cops, they're not your friends they're not here to help you. Stay away from them.
Good luck retrying a case where the lead detective has been relieved of his duty. Taxpayers don’t want more money wasted on cover up!
Wonder if the prosecution will try to ask for a:
*change of venue* 🤨
Yeah, this is a confession the case is crap. I imagine they'll recharge her to try and force into some kind of plea.

I would never vote for a conviction on the word of a police officer
That is a ridiculously stupid comment 🙄
They are trained to lie@@richardscranton4159
@@richardscranton4159 why they lie just like any normal human.
It's not a "ridiculously stupid comment". The testimony of one person - one person - doesn't prove guilt "beyond a reasonable doubt". How many colored folk were hanged because of attitudes like this?
@JohnPeter-yf5jf true any human is capable of lying but to say you would never just because someone is a police officer is ridiculous.
This guy needs to be removed from the Massachusetts State Police....period. Everyone knows it yet he continues to collect his $100,000 plus each year. This totally sux.
He just got a paid vacation, but people see “relieved of duty” and think he was fired
Too many crooks getting away with unruly behavior nowadays.
I agree
But I also think she’s guilty
Karen is a narcissist with a drinking problem
Retry the case? Really? Let's waste more of the taxpayers' money because the prosecutor can't admit he doesn't have a case. Opening an investigation on the trooper says it all.
Waiting till they essentially lost, before pulling him - shows they wouldn't have removed him if they won! Think about that? 💥 Not a good sign for their LE...
They wanted to not risk a guilty verdict. They are willing to allow potentially innocent people to spend the rest of their lives in prison to protect their own.
Just makes me believe Read even more than I already did. The cops unalived him and tried to pin it on her.
Wow they left him on this long after his crimes? Pitiful
This 🤡!
🎪
Every one of his cases should be reviewed!
The judge not acquitting or finding not guilty, shows the depth and breadth of Massachusetts swamp.
💯agreed...in 80 yrs in MN 🥶,same swamp/ frozen pond,🗑️
This guy literally had the intellect of a 16-year-old high school boy.
And the dishonesty of an old crook.

Cases like this makes you not trust the police 😡
So what is the truth on this?
Likely stalled until this former detective is fully investigated. Prosecutors plan to retry her case.
This failure is the best you can expect from government workers.🤔😡😡😡
He needs to be fired for what he did!
He needs to be CHARGED for tampering with a corpse and a murder charge 😤

Waiting for the FBI report. The judge showed her colors by not issuing a directed verdict of, innocent.
They do not decide innocence! They find guilty or NOT GUILTY! Big difference
@@dawnwheeler2649 Good for YOU, we all know this. But Karen Read is actually, innocent.
The Judge gave off a negative vibe from Day 1 IMO, doesn't seem like a truly nice person & her favoritism showed which a professional should never do! 😊
@@moonchildpink5525 Karen Read really got under her skin. There’s nothing wrong with Karen interacting with her family either. The judge has zero empathy.
Something to remember my ignorant internet masses. A mistrial is not an acquittal. Karen Read is still presumed innocent until found guilty, and there will likely be a new trial with a more scrutinized juror pool.
There was 1 holdout who has ties to police or corrections officers. 11-1 not guilty
Prosecution doesn't want no retrial. The Confederation of Crooked Cops can't hold together. One is gonna make a deal and it will all collapse.
They won’t try her again. The cop has been relieved, his testimony and investigation cannot be presented again.
Yeah but its more tainted, now...
I missed the part about what he did? Say?
He called her a "wack job" and a "c*nt" and also commented while going through her phone "no nudes so far" 1:00 Check out his wife calling Read a murderer - slander much?
Me too...
He used disparaging remarks about her using anatomical slang along with sharing completely unprofessional comments while going through her phone, pretty disgusting
The whole case was a huge mess up by the entire police department. Missing surveillance, thrown away and destroyed phones, countless “butt dials”, incriminating google searches (not from Karen), wounds on the victim did not match getting hit by a car, they did not take proper pictures of evidence. Did not seperate witnesses to interview them…. So much more. This whole police department is corrupt. There have been other cases from this department. One of a cop who groomed a 13 year old girl for years and ended up getting her pregnant then killed her because he didn’t want anyone finding out what he had done. The entire department needs an internal investigation.
This is your law enforcement America, down right Scary isn’t it.
Common wealth butt hurt 😂
Every single case this liar has been involved in during his entire career needs to be re-examined. How many cases/people has he lied about to have the person illegally charged, convicted and incarcerated?
You have no idea how Devious the Law & Legal Systems are in America... .
They Destroyed my Life🔥🗡️
That a good step towards the actual truth now what about the dog owner??
He should be arrested

The hold - out on the jury is badge bunny and voted to convict. Proctor will get a promotion, a raise and moved to Bristol Co.
What she doesn't understand is that the second she gets treated the way cops typically treat civilians, she's going to be calling the news and crying about it. "But I NEVER thought leopards would eat MY face!" - Members of the Leopards Eating Our Faces party 😂
They need a new judge in this case corruption up the chain of command IMO
That entire police department needs an internal investigation! There have been other cases of corrupt cops there specifically. So messed up.
"Upon learning today's result"....does that mean if there was a guilty result y'all would be cool with that? MSP = incompetent, corrupt liars. Proctor should be FIRED.

That doesn't bode well for a re-trial. It looked like they were trying to railroad her from day one.
Another corrupt judge. Keep it up. Things are going to change, soon.
seems that this guy did it trying too hard to get her .
I'm so glad to know this. ❤
From what I’ve seen in the trial, one or more of the partying cops in the house killed him in a fight and covered it up by setting her up. Every one of them did some destruction of evidence…
Finally!
@0:45. It’s so weird that people who hate first amendment audit videos, conveniently never acknowledge that the News and papparazzi have been showing up with cameras to peoples homes for decades. But somehow when a UA-camr holds one of hundreds of cameras already in a public space, they’re the problem
Why is NBC spending so much time on this story? What's their motive?
Tell us why. . .
Wow, some of the jury folk had tears in their eyes. It must have been tough.
Do you know what kind of texts he sent, and to whom?
I hope they don't retry her. That would be a complete waste of money.
Relived of duty means just send to another department where he can do the same thing there where people aren't aware of his past.
I don’t know Karen Read. I never met Karen Read or had any contact with her, but... I’m sorry, I can’t go on.🤣
His wife is a real sweetheart! Swearing on camera! Classy Republican!
I bet these cops have done this before.. They were so sure of themselves having this wrapped up in their favor.. Karen is innocent..
Someone out there needs to hire a private Investigation company, and get some Investigative Journalist to find out the facts.
Strip certification first!
Corrupt judge
Corruption
Rightfully so. If she was guilty, his behavior prejudiced the jurors against the prosecution.
Well that had to blame someone for a mistrial.
The best thing bout this trial, is that everrrryone that took the witness stand are all now
*LOCKED & RECORDED* into their statements & answers‼️
(there will be an outside investigation & the first they will go after is those that lied on the witness stand)
Why did it take a mistrial to do the right thing?
Guilty people always getting away with murder because the cops dont know how to investigate things. Sincerely OJ Simpson
His wife is as classy as he is.
They waited til after mistrial to move him, if jury came back with guilty, no action would been taking, judge should not have been allowed on this trial
I wonder what actions this man took that caused the mistrial. Criminal investigations are a team effort. You have the detectives, forensics and depending on the case other specialist's and yet somehow this man is the cause of the mistrial. Perhaps he is, but it would be interesting to know how, or at least their theory regarding it.
My question is - If you were a paramedic, you were home asleep in the middle of the night, you hear activities out on your lawn, you get up to look out the window and then not go out to see what was going on. Something should tell you you’re in trouble. He didn’t go out to see what was going on, went back to bed. Something not right about that picture. I’m beginning to think Hohn was murdered in this guy’s house in the basement. Some pretty suspicious people at that house!!!!
Cops know better than that😒
Justice is coming to you Mike! Just a matter of time.
The PD makes it sound like they were intending to relieve him prior to the court case.
But the prosecution wouldn’t want the Key Investigator to be on the record as Relieved Of Duty, so they left him until after the court case.
But think about that. If there was enough concern to contemplate relieving him, shouldn’t that happen immediately? Irregardless of what cases are pending.
How many other cops have testified against people, while those cops had concerning work behaviour?
This is why I 100% disagree with PDs conducting Internal Investigations.
Plus the internal investigation typically drags on for 2-3yrs (5yrs was worst I’ve heard of). All while the cop being investigated is still receiving Full Pay plus Benefits!
Where despite finding evidence worthy of dismissal, to not damage pending cases the PD allows the cop to discreetly quit. But only after the disgraced cop has collected a few years extra wages.
Key word ' transferred '
I bet he would of kept his job if she was found guilty.. 👮🤳🧐💃
I was wondering that myself. Bet you’re right
THIS IS SOUNDS SHADY, SCANDALIOUS, HERES GOES TAX PAYERS MONEY
They only transferred him.
Karen should sue the cops wife for a billion dollars she slandered keran when calling her a murderer
All those Badged Cartel members should be fired and jailed.
He should be fired and jailed
norfolk da is the good ol boys gang..so wild.
You bet your Bostonian tuchus, the Defense will put this suspended cop on the stand. The odds the DA gets a conviction in the second trial are much less now. Smfh.
Sadly, there are many of law enforcement like this across the country. Sometimes, more than a few bad apples in some departments. American is failing us.
So why would the ignorant DA retry an innocent woman? 🤔
The jurors that think she's guilty are absolutely the dumbest people on earth!!
I don’t know if she did what they say, but I do know when police and their backers decide to prosecute at all costs, guilt or innocence is not an option. It’s just guilt.
Another trial may get someone else investigated and fired. Too much reasonable doubt.
Criminal. Prison sentence much deserved. How many others?
So...no work & full pay. Corrective efforts sound like vacation to me. Nice to be a cop.
it is a wonder how trooper proctor was not promoted in view of his incisive ground breaking investigation techniques. he was trying to exonerate the real killer- cloe the dog. having been unsuccessful in that, he was REHOMED to a district far far away to reap the spoils of his debacle.
What is the government to do when the problem is the government itself?
This cop will end up collecting overtime sitting in a police vehicle at a "construction zone".
Someone died, someone is at fault.
Jail time. Get out your checkbooks.
