We're so much on the same page here! 🥳🥳🥳 I've been using those tricks, those habits for a long time now. Furthermore, i also happen to study english and spanish 😂 I watch the tv (news, series, movies) and i read books strictly in english or spanish only! Apart from the books i read for studying/work. If an author isnt spanish or english i pick a copy in one of those languages. For instance i read Crimen y castigo and El murciélago (y incluso El resplandór). I keep a diary in both english and spanish. I switch constantly from one to the other. That's why i think id enjoy hanging out with latinos living in usa 😂
All of this tips are truly helpful And specifically I used a time blocking and also use the language in everyday situation anytime and anywhere LOVE YOU 💞
I don't believe you've given up. Take a break, reassess and you'll come back and you will do great. I also thought I gave up a couple of times. You're not failing you're learning

I think that the important thing is to just put time into it. Even if it's listening to music in the language, watching a UA-cam video or reading a book. It's important to do something that you enjoy doing usually, like you say in this video. If you don't like reading in your language, it's unlikely that you will be motivated when you're doing it in English!

I mean to say that, why do we not use the present imperfect continuous for this sentence below? *Wait a minute, I will get it.* Why do we not write? I am bringing a glass of water. Like as I am opening the door instead of I will open the door. *Please,give me a suitable example for the both two sentenses.*

Ive been learning English for over 16 years. I do everything in English but when it comes to speaking I still struggle a lot. I gave up on it.
Don't give up! You just need to practice speaking more, find a speaking partner or an English teacher and it'll help you greatly!
