Did I miss you using the bamboo mat? I'm going to be teaching this in a class soon, and your video makes it look like something my students are going to really like.
The bamboo mat sits under the bubble wrap for a textured surface to put pressure against. So, no I didn't roll the mat over and around like you would do for some projects. Did that answer your question?
@@TextileIndie Yes, thanks for your response. I think I'm going to try my samples without it, for now, and see how it goes before I invest in enough for the whole class. Thank you!
Terrific Video! Thank you:)
Glad you liked it!

Ty!🙂
do you think the bamboo mat / bubble wrap method is better than panty hose?
I've never used panty hose for felting. I cant think of a good reason panty hose wouldn't work just as well.
What brand are your Overalls? They are so cute 😭
Thanks! It's actually just an apron I ordered on Amazon😁
Why do you need the bamboo mat???
The bamboo mat is an alternative to the bubble wrap, it depends what you have on hand.
