Dear Bob! Thank you for your comment! At the moment we are not providing videos on demand, however of our "Ballroom Program +" Members we do have monthly Live Q&A Sessions where members have a chance to engage in real time and it is a great opportunity to ask specific questions and get concrete solutions to various dance technique related programs. That might be helpful if you have specific questions with request of a demonstration. Please let us know if you have any further questions on how to become a member. Thank you, Iaroslav
Dear Ian! Thank you for your question! Lowering depends on a number of factors- initial body flight to initiate the step, the amount of progressive movement, timing, tempo, neutral position. Please remember you do not want to lower too much and too early and it needs to be connected with the whole pathway you are taking to move in space.
Hello! Thank you for your question! If you are referring to lady’s part- yes! Always closing on “2”. Unfortunately some dancers are making a step on 2 and then “brush” but it is an incorrect footwork.
Thank you for the clear breaking down on the swing movement with the exercise and the excellent tip for the outside spin.
😍
Your ballroom dance technique is helpful , I have been improving my dance of waltz after I watched your videos
Wonderful! Thank you for your feedback!
Best description of Swing Action I ever learned👍👍👍
Very nice video. Thanks for your effort.
In the Slow waltz I request a presentation of the Natural turn and Reverse Turn in an amalgamation in phase with the music (8 bars)

How to determine amount of lowering?

Just like to be clear about your outside spin, always close the foot on 2 regardless where you dance it? Thx.
