Hello! Thank you for your question! There are certain categories at competitions where you compete within 3 levels of restricted syllabus- Closed Bronze, Closed Silver or Closed Gold. Only certain steps are allowed. When you reach Open Level you have no restrictions in the figures to be used for choreography. Our videos are also categorized within those rules.
