It’s nice too see a door frame put in, unlike some boaters doing it with 18 mm plywood.👍👍 And nice too see the Chrome pipes cleaned, had my sink tap with chrome tails fitted onto copper when the house was built from New went to work came home nine hours later and the whole ground floor was flooded floor ripped out all the water pumped out the new carpet and new flooring laid it was a mess for about three weeks for the insurance to sort it all out but that was the cause chrome tail points fitted to copper the force of the water just pushed it apart so it’s good too see you sorted 👌👌🍀
Hi, It has and is a pleasure to have watched your journey through constructing, what can only be described as " A definitive pictorial lesson on how to plan - design - think ahead, time and time again - construct CORRECTLY with foresight and safety , as it should be done - NO stone unturned - all wrapped up in an outstanding feat of patience and skill. I so wish a few others on this social media ,would have stopped and followed your example before attempting similar. There are an odd one or two who I have serious worries on health and safety. I have in my working past always tried to stick to the rules of , 'there is a right and wrong way to do things and a little bit of research can save an awful lot of heartache. ' Congratulations, The finished article is going to give a lot of pleasure and satisfaction. I look forward to continue following progress and final usage. Regards JR
Wow Jim, Thankyou for the wonderful comments. The time and effort it has taken to film and document everything has been really worth its while if there are people like you who have found it a pleasure to watch. Putting our necks on the line was a bit scary at first but we've had such positive encouragement that its put us at ease. Yes the biggest thing in the build has been thinking forward but then working backwards to make sure the end result would work before attempting to start it. Thankyou again for watching 👍
Another productive week, coming along nicely. I would never have guessed about the chrome tube and quick fit, being an old guy I always use solder ! Cheers, Nigel
If a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right…..never apologies for wanting to do things that seem right to you! I bet you dress the screws as well….I know I do, just like my old man taught me.
More good progress. Am I seeing this correctly? The Bathroom is a pass through to the bedroom? Can you do a floor plan again to help us keep up with the layout. I may have missed it if you have done that already.
Well done, you’re almost there it seems 👍 do you have a launch date in mind? Also, I love you’re dynamic camera work, all my stuff is static by necessity, gonna get some friends to do some filming this year I think. Thanks for the walkthrough on the power and water so far, it’s shaving the fear off in sheets seeing you do it 👍
Cheers Oli, Still a lot to do. Just taking it as it comes really. We are still waiting for our engine to arrive and our dates keep moving back a bit so as long as its this half of the year we are not going to worry too much. As quick as any money goes into the bank we are spending it lol so hopefully we can start the kitchen build as soon as 👍

Great team effort. Looks impressive. So much knowledge you need to do a DIY fit out. I make reference to that on my forthcoming video. Looking good.

Hi Jamie, It is earthed through the hull of the boat and after that I have no idea 🥴🥴.
