Dianne, I had been desperately looking all over for how to undo local axes, and even got into seeking plug ins for solutions. Then you simply mentioned; " click on a selected local axis and reset" , & thats all there was to it. Thanks much. Richard
Thankyou very much. Most of the help from the internet is confusing and not helpful at all. But yours is simple and crystal clear. Thankyou very much. Just found you channel, so I subscribed with no hesitation and liked the video. Thankyou so much
Hi Diane, oh boy I wish I'd seen this video before I started designing our house! Our builder is just staring to build a house that I've designed and drawn in SketchUp. Our house looks very much like your example with a 45 degree bend in it. As an old Auto Cad user it's been a tricky first project to learn SketchUp on and t's driven me crazy having to couple without your alignment tip. The good thing is we know what the house looks like inside and out thanks to SketchUp.Kind Regards . . . Andy
You Have an existing FACE to CLK. I have only a Tape Meas. line @ 45°. The methods I have used, do not .form a correct face. I need to reorient the axes, in order to align the tube. Or, is there an alternate/better way. Can you help? Thanks!
Incredibly clear, concise, and helpful! Thanks for making this video, Diane!

Thanks for those little tips that make drawing easier. I also enjoyed your website. What rendering programs were used for those very realistic sets?
