Within MMR, Thane looks like is the most developed city. Mumbai itself is far behind with a massive amount of slums encroaching more than half the city. Navi Mumbai and Mira Bhayandar areas also appear ok.

Just don't show towers only. It is beautiful with nature at "mama bhachyach dongar", lakes, we are missing trees, children parks, proper road side ramp or space for walking people. Just don't think only for rich people, so many bridges fly over are built for vehicles but walking people are not getting way to walk in straight line. Pls do something.
