I like Cheetah but she is rather obscure. And Scarecrow is cool but the game has too many Batman character as it is.

Dr. Fate is one of the few people that can take Superman head on and beat him without phsycial strength since one of Superman's weaknesses is magic

Cody Westerfield except his rage ult lacks some sort of choreograph and impact. They should add more instead of sucking an enemy inside just to toss them around walls..
It's done, he's my favorite character, I will main him, I have never been so hyped. I mained Raven in Injustice 1 so this is exactly the type of character I was waiting for. And he's so flashy, one of the only ones that actually feels like a comic book superhero, power heavy and flair for days.

Dr fate is still one of the most underrated and cool dc characters
He's been making waves in those UA-cam shorts that pits 2 comic characters against eachother. I think his popularity is about to go way up when Black Adam comes out.

The music of the meme is just so fitting its not the same without it
From what I can see of Doctor Fate he is very much the zoning/counter and punish type of character. If you get the counter up close you can do some serious extra damage to your opponent with his ability and special moves. Whilst I don't think he will be top tier I believe that in the right hands he can see him being devastating.
Either way he is the coolest character in Injustice 2 so far.
