I know how tough and exhausting it can be, so I am glad you are able to take care of yourself on your days off! Those 6 day-on rotations must be hard, but you got this!
Andy, I am high school senior interested in medicine and i absolutely love your videos! They are very inspiring. Would you ever make a video on your own answers to the 73 questions or why you decided to pursue medicine? Thanks and keep up the good work!
That's why one of reasons why chosing residency programs that something finds you love do when you not working. ( same as followship programs and/or life after medical training.)
Dude!! I totally get the whole being in the south. I’m from Texas and live in Idaho now. People in the south are just built different 😏 Miss the charm! Btw, this video was refreshing. Always lifting you up!
Love the Day in the Life outside of work! Always a breath of fresh air to see what you're doing. But, to be fair, you DID go to Costco on literally the worst time of the week, Sunday, and it definitely looked like late morning or early afternoon. I don't think any Sunday Costco location anywhere in America would have any customers let you go ahead because of only have a few items. It's Costco....on a Sunday, that speaks for itself haha
Wow looks like you had a great day off, I could handle the stress of medical school , I have always wanted to be a anesthesiologist since I was a kid, I really enjoy donating to the anesthesiologist Foundation, since it was hard for me to go to college because of my cerebral palsy, you have nice toes, my MRI is Friday for the bump on my left leg, they are putting me to sleep because I jump at loud sound because of my cerebral palsy, I’m gonna tell my anesthesiologist I donate to the anesthesiologist Foundation! You rock man
Yikes, that's chaos for sure! I stay. home on Sundays when not working, I don't even bother venturing out! Love having week days off when most people are at work and the stores are MUCH less crowded!
I understand. I finished a small animal rotating medicine and surgery internship two years ago. Worst year of my life lol. I’m in a research fellowship now. Soon to be applying for an ophthalmology residency 🙏🏽
There are some places in the south where they won't let you go ahead when you only had a few items. I will never forget being stuck behind someone at Walmart who had two shopping carts mounded up with stuff, and I had two items. Then the register choked on the EBT she was trying to pay with. But, then again, it was at Walmart...
I have been into Vietnamese coffee ever since I found a phin filter. Do you make one batch? How big is your filter? Been a long time person on your channel. Good luck with residency. You have the title now its doing reps of everything.
Doesn't Costco have an app you use to preorder and/or pay while on-site to avoid lines like that? I use the Sam's Club app all the time to get around that mess.

I live in the Golden Isles, GA so I know exactly what you mean about people letting you go ahead with a few items!
