I don’t have a problem with it, top players have tested the car and it is in fact slightly worse than the regular version. It does not count towards owning all the vehicles as it doesn’t show in the catalog and there’s no performance advantage so nothing screams out to me. I don’t buy vanity so I had 200k cc and bought it anyway because my love for the game without paying any real money but there’s really no reason to buy it other than to say you have an exclusive car
