I meditated as per u r suggestions. I found some unknown energy during meditation. I took an oath 2 meditate daily .Tq so much for the video mam ......I 'll definitely include meditation in my day ........once again tq for telling me the value of meditation mam .........

Hello Manjula ji... I have few doubts regarding meditation. 1. Is it necessary to meditate at the same time everyday or early in the morning everyday 2. I try stabilize my thots during mediation, but they wander away... How to not get distracted? 3. Do we have to keep our concentration between the brows or at our heart while I'm praying in mediation or can I just keep my complete awareness towards my prayer?
Yes Mam but yeah it's necessary but if u do meditation u will be able to cope up with the mind and body it will be a little bit difficult but u will get habitual to it

Its best if you can do meditation at the same time everyday, however this is not mandatory...Early in the morning is a great time to meditate but it is not necessary...Just make sure that you are on empty stomach while you are meditating or atleast maintain a gap of 2 hours between your meal time and meditation time...2. Yes, its common to get distracted...Just be aware that you are distracted and gently bring back your awareness.....When you keep practicing, after a period of time, distractions come down....3. It depends on the meditation you have chosen...each meditation comes with certain guidelines...
