1/2 Cup Toor/ Arhar dal
2 tbsp Chana Dal
2 tbsp Chilke wali moong dal
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
For Masala-
1 Cup Chopped Methi ( Fenugreek Leaves)
2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
5-6 Chopped Garlic
2 chopped onions
1-2 Green Chillies
1/2 inch Chopped Ginger
2 chopped Tomatoes
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
Coriander leaves
For Tadka--
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Green Chillies
1/4 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
2 Dry Red Chillies
