I'm presuming this interview took place at the world famous Stork Club in Port Stanley Ontario Canada where he often performed.

Yes. And the interview was conducted by newsman from CFPL, a London, Ontario tv station.

I grew up in London. I'm happy they saved this for the future. Looks like it was on film originally.
