Hello again! I received a software update these days but I don't see any change. I asked you if it is possible to reactivate the thermometer and put a setting for the screen brightness on hourly intervals as with the rise tu wake function, theatre mod on time intervals. Also I wanted a controller for the phone's camera. And if the storage space does not allow delete other functions. Delete aod, delete calculator as I rarely use this two functions.
Hi, please fix the watch alarm. It vibrates for some time and goes to snooze automatically. The watch should keep vibrating until the user turns it off.
I just bought one of these. Cool fitness tracker. My only concern is there is not enought watch faces to choose from. Previously I had a Mi band 4. It had a sperate app for watch faces and it has thousands of them. Please bring more watch faces with more elegant and creative designs.

To avoid misunderstanding at the special time, this function has been closed at present.

Hello haylou i bought the watch today but disappointed of following issues
1.During notification proper icon of many app is not displayed in watch (Emoji are also not supported as voicemessage etc)
2.Watch faced are so less and the customization option is so much limited (need more customised watch faced and adjust ments like picture for analogue clock)
3.No always on display name
Sorry, our product does not satisfy your needs. For the first issue, we will give feedback to the product team to update. And customized wall paper can be changed through Haylou Fun application. Modular adjustment is now not available but we will push them to implement it as fast as they can. RS4 PLUS's hardware does not support AOD function, hope you can understand.
Its my first haylou watch and have following issues:
- No real always on display. There's option to keep screen on up to 30 mins but its not that good as always on and defeats the purpose of Amoled screen.
- Not much good looking watchfaces on fun app as others provide. Please allow watchfaces via 3rd party apps so we can have unlimited options.
Fix these issues on software and I think it will be a perfect watch.

@@asadbutt2294 You can download the application, and connect with the watch. Make sure you update it to the latest version. Click the watch face center inside there's a customized bottom click it and you will see a update picture, choose from your gallery, cut it to right size. Then choose it as your current watch face the watch will update the picture.
@@Haylou that's not the option we looking for , we want third party watch faces , like giving some features in the app which allow for installing watch faces made with other apps
haylou fun app on ios is not working. when phone and watch are trying to sync, it crashes and closes down .
Also temperature feature is not available after software update.
I hope you fix the app and bring the costume watch face option.

Hello! I have owned this watch for a few days. I switched to this watch from a fitness bracelet from Amazfit. I expected a little more from this watch compared to this fitness bracelet.
Therefore please consider my requirements. Please introduce a function in the clock software that allows setting the brightness of the screen by time intervals. I also want the remote control for the camera. And the reactivation..
.. and the reactivation of the temperature sensor. And more options for customizing the clock including changing widgets to side swipes, more clock faces.
