    FYI thanks so much for these daily mini barre workouts! I have enjoyed them so much, and I have even strung several together for longer sequences! I love barre! So glad I found you!!

    I felt this mostly in my calves. It also felt awkward with the wall/barre behind; I just used my chair out to the side.

      Thanks for the feedback! Definitely a calf burner🔥🔥 Using the wall/barre behind you is a great way to practice opening up your front body, but it can take some getting used to.
