Kanan is such a great character! His Master Depa Billaba would have been very proud of how he overcame everything and took on the most important role of a Jedi, the teaching of a new generation of Jedi. I can't wait to see how Ezra turns out! I was moved during this beautiful tribute knowing the outcome of Kanan.

@@katjetsuThat's because too many fans did not give the animations a chance. I was one of them until this summer. It's a bias against so-called cartoons. Kanan was a very well written character and well performed. I think he is the epitome of what a Jedi should be.

@@katjetsu The good thing about shows like Ahsoka is that it inspires people to go give these animations a chance. Part of the reason I started watching Rebels this summer was in preparation for the live action show. I bet I'm not the only one.
i still think rebels has some visual choices that put it even above clone wars at times, especially regarding dynamic lighting, despite the animation style being less detailed and more clay-like it was still gorgeous and the night scenes were still well lit and still felt like nighttime without me having to turn up my brightness like in say the bad batch
also it’s warm color palette, and it’s watercolor esque sky’s, such a beautiful series and probably my favorite story in star wars. literally the creation of the rebellion itself. such an important story and crucial to tell and dave manager to tell it even with his limited resources
